Just Gunna Do It

Ok, tired of the injuries.  I am going to ride my stationary bike for an hour, do legs and forearms.  My biceps tendon is still a little touchy, so I wil take it easy on the upper arms exercises till Tuesday.  Since I have taken it easy for the last two days my ankle feels a ton better. 
 

The diet has been tight today, which is a huge victory for me since I get really hungry to the point I contemplate eating a small children.  lol ;)      Any tips on how to curb those cravings would be sweet.

Injuries

I am so sick of injuries.  I bruised my ankle playing softball, tore my ab at the Seal Fitness Challenge, tweeked my right biceps long head tendon.  My ab took three weeks to heal, now I am waiting on my ankle and bicep tendon to heal.  I wish I could wave a magic wand and the injuries would disappear.
