Just Gunna Do It
June 6, 2009Ok, tired of the injuries. I am going to ride my stationary bike for an hour, do legs and forearms. My biceps tendon is still a little touchy, so I wil take it easy on the upper arms exercises till Tuesday. Since I have taken it easy for the last two days my ankle feels a ton better.
The diet has been tight today, which is a huge victory for me since I get really hungry to the point I contemplate eating a small children. lol
Any tips on how to curb those cravings would be sweet.
