					<description>I'm glad you found a solution to this problem.  I thought I was going to have to say something mean like &amp;amp;#34;the weight is scaring you&amp;amp;#34; and &amp;amp;#34;you need someone to torture you through a grueling leg workout before you can appreciate it.

You look to have gotten through it though.  And thats a good thing.</description>

					<description>bro, good work with the cardio... How about increaing the intensity at measured intervals, for example, an increased intensity lasting half a minte, for every 2 minute cycle. Will make u sweat more profusely dude... It sure made me think of vomitting... hahaha</description>
