Injured Ankle
I was well on my way to meeting my goal, but suffered a major set back on Mar 21st - I fell during a tennis lesson and sprained my ankle
I was home for 3 weeks initially, went back out to work for 2 weeks and found it very painful, so I went to another doctor (specialist) who sent me back home for another 9 days to rest. It’s been 6weeks and I’m now walking a lot better - but slowly. I’ve been following orders of course - R.I.C.E!!
So …. on doctors orders - no activity for 3 months (GROAN). My hope is that I’ll get full clearance to resume my workouts by Mid June. I already have a workout plan and schedule, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed
I’ll still have 5 months (20 full weeks) to reach my goal - plenty of time

I dont really see a need for you to loose much weight maybe for definition, but as of now, your simply put… A Beautiful Black woman, I do enjoy your Motivated thinking, keep it up
