hhhmmmm what have i been doing!!! huh well nbot sitting on my ass thats for sure! lol managed to get ankle back into shape and first time back to running ( on a treadmill no less!!) managed to slip down a flight of stairs in my rush to get to the ladies. lol ( i know sad im that old!) anyways after nearly two weeks thought id go for an xray as my wrist and thumb had been sore ( trainer in gym had been strapping it for me so i could train ). weelllllllll - they were fractured!! ooops lol
anyway practically cried when they plastered me and after 5wks when i had to go back after scan they finally took it off. ( yes i did train while it plaster and it wasnt easy. very hard to run with it LOl.
been changing it up and down for the summer and about to start to get back to the hard assed work any time now!!!
weights have been pretty decent concidering. still about 60-65 kgs avg for squats, leg press varies depending on my mood!! add and abd machines are up to 60kgs ( not bad huh ) and chest is CRAP!  lol itll get there4 but want boobs so ……..
been doing circuits and boxercise too…….. so awesome! stamina and general fitness have pretty much exploded since. managed to set fast pace and feel like i was flying and floating the entire 3 miles ( whats that approx 5k ) inabout 20mins or a bit over. pretty good seeing as its my first distance since ankle and i have done any road work in months. running i was doing in the gym was interval work - low medium pace and sprinting - so wanted to get past the 22 miles an hour.
ah i also got a puppy. hes a cutie …. thats not his breed of course hes a springerpoo!!! ( cross between a springer spaniel and a poodle ) hes 6mths and am planning on taking him running with me when hes a bit older. hoping by then hes stopped trying to trip me up!!!LOL
other thing ……. girl is now - as of today- playing rugby!!!! damn she has good hands, and shes fast!! they cant believe shes never played before LOL. night all x

LOL its now bloody swollen! think i over did it a little on the strenghtening. okay i cant spell…… its a little sore and cant get away from having to walk on it which has not helped. ive been very good and ice and rested and elivated it! but hey still got live. gym life is good and training bloody late as it happens. have decided that due to big butch man and personal cock up!! im hiding! yes very mature but i dont think its healthy beening around some guy that is so not into you. plus it messes with me training :-) . been to physios pillates class and was good….. core is still pretty carppy but its better than it was, treatment tonight and will be going to the gym. was in there last night just chatting and socialising! yes absolutely no training and walking around talking and remaking friends. nice to know that some of them have missed me. hey ive joined facebook…so have beeing giving them my stuff and mobile no….. being a big brave girl here. stop laughing!! they are also enjoying the fact of me learning how to rollerskate etc and my plans for learning the language of lurve!!! hey ive recommended that all in the gym learn a sentence a week! anyways cardio is going better lungs are stronger. one of the p/ts thinks im a traitor as ive dropped off some of the weight i have been lifting in the past. and forgot that im am one of the few/ hang on poss the only one who does some of my stuff. hey seeing a guy do my mid weight on the good mornings and very badly ids quite funny. p/t just shook his head. never realised til the other week when i was out, that i have quite a bit of respect from the guys. all but one anyway!
got to go but have fun and enjoy life all! x ……. bugger no running!

second attempt at writting…computer crashed

bullet points!! sunburnt bum!….still running but have hurt tendon in heel and achilles a bit too……strated back to the gym this week- earlier than planned but am off for holiday and am soooooo bbbooooooorrrrrreeeeeddddddd!…… have improved on the body flashing and clothes wearing issue. am now at the stage where i dont give a S**T!! well look good and feel good, so all else dont matter! :) ))))))
have been using the powerplate for ankle and calf strengthening. should work fine and will be using the balance board alot more. running has made me lose more body fat. wasnt an issue but has happened anyway. down side is ive lost the small amount of boobage that i had. a woman with no boobs is not attractive. small boobs are definately needed!! LOL had a great legs day as always i love ‘em. and work on the plate is definately compounding it.:)))) hey chest day was passable…still need to find a programme that will work them in the way needed……oohhh i could use the plate and see if i can kick start something!! finished y’days workout with a chat to  two of the p/t ( one working the other training ) hey it killed a hour and made me LMAO and i so needed that. general view from both is that i should join a sex site or get a F**K buddy!! yeah right!! hahahaha this from guys with g/f’s.
had treatment for ankle and chat with physio about the previous one…… hhhmmmmm vvvvverryyyyy interesting. even more so when i spoke of another guy in the gym he seemed to link it in. did think i saw the prev physio the evening before when i was out running/ walking LOL. wouldnt of noticed at all but for the fact he was on a mountain bike rounding a corner with me in ma shorts coming the other way. and he looked my way……. very interesting……. now how to find out wtf is occurring?????

okay have still been running every other day. conditioning is still crap but on the plus side ive given up smoking!!! yes i know a disgusting habit!! been in discussions with my trainer and after putting myself out there and trying to get over myself ( LOL …i know ..berk!! ) have accepted-well as much as possible- that i wont actually get much bigger. hey going from 7stone to 9stone has been bloody great though!! well he puts it that i will never be a MONSTER!!! so have decided to work on what i have. the plan being to rip it up!!

about the running have been doing it either with my girl on her bike (giving me directions so i dont get lost LOL)  or my son ( hes wanting to do 1500m so its a good gauge for us both) he has way better conditioning than me and his speed is faster to.

so most of the last week or so has been with me focusing on flashing my bod to put it simply. hey getting better with the comments but its the "skinny ribs" comment that still have the power to hurt. my rsponse has improved…its now " im slim not skinny and rather well formed" LOL. perfection will come when ive worked at it a bit more!!!! night all X

still at it……

well…hum….ive been busy! okay no excuse not to update but ive been……..sulking to put it bluntly! lol. have left the gym for a while ( for the summer anyways …… called cutting off my nose inspite of my face! love the crack and the people but found myself getting……..distracted! the whole ????? issue ) running is going well and have caught the sun ( for today anyway ) managing about 7 miles in about 30mins. not going for time or anything just conditioning so am happy with that. looking to just be able to run without feeling like im actually making that much effort!!! instead of cherry red and gasping for breath!! ( exaggeration!! LOL ). still weight training and its kinda dropped off. well lighter weights higher reps as im now training my son. hell hes caught the bug! sos my girl ( she comes and does my cardio with me….. when i go running its like a scene from "ROCKY" HAHAHA.
somethings to improve my motivation and give a laugh to anyone whoever reads my ramblings and rantings!!
running a week ago and as i was on the last mile or so stretch….coming up to a pub…. see a guy come out and go to get his bike. he sees me and suddenly goes running back in the pub. recognise him from the gym!( hes okay..mostly …) am keeping my focus/running, then notice three of the guys from the gym all come running out of the pub to watch!! very funny but stop and chat…yes they admitted to wanting to watch me run. never ran in the gym (with good reason it seems!!! ) when i went to continue quickly sprinted across the road and round the corner,so they couldnt watch my ass. now seem to be seeing loads of people while im out. usually with the same reaction…SHOCK!! LOL ok i can see the funny side and yes its kinda been good for my ego. though part of the reason im resting from the gym is the whole "butt issue". as nice as it is to know its appreciated and the effort is noticed. takes some getting use to to know that its been so widely discussed and believe me i know in all the directions its been discussed!!! ( MEN LOVE TO GOSSIP AND IMPART INFORMATION!! THEY REALLY ARE AS BAD AS WOMEN!!)
women from work have seen me running and made comments about my outfit ( you really can only run in lycra….jogging bottoms just dont work! ). when it gets warmer am planning on shorts, that will scare the crap outta them lol.
but when i do see guys from the gym ( and a couple of women ) am asked where ive been and told that i should just go back and front it out!! need to be happier with myself before that. i dont know……somehow doing something that makes you uncomfortable and embarrassed ( like running round a some town …and it is small. where people looooovvvvvvveeee to gossip is possibly better). your not in an enclosed space, you cant always hear them above your ipod and the traffic, and with sunglasses on you cant always see them either. hopefully ill learn not to care what ANYONE says! gossipping with guys (and women ) will always be…… cant change a man just accept what he is………
ohhhh thats a thought for the rest of my problems..hhhhhhmmmmmm hahaha

okay still at this running stuff…….. or at the moment im just planning the running. went for another run last monday legs were a bit tight but kinda like your leg days you work through it. apparantly doesnt quite work when running did almost the same route less walk rests and distances before rests were greater felt good…. in fact felt great just tight when i finished but stretched out and wasnt bad. did however get worse and havent run since!! HAD MASSAGE FRIDAY AND NEEDED CLAFS DONE!! left was swollen and it appears both were tighter than my ass!! hahahaha blah blah!! okay the distance i did on first run was near 7miles for 45 mins was pretty damn fast!!! second run (with tight calfs) was about 5miles at about 30mins was again fast. been advised to slooooooooowwwwwwww the speed and streeeeeettttccccchhhhhhhhh out the time. damn i may just as well walk it!!!  
on a better note a friend ( female …im off bloody men ) is gona go for a run with me when im able to go again and watch my technique ( all agree that barefoot and running shoes are different soooooo ???!!! ) and both  she and a male friend ( okay …… i do have one…. and he isnt that kind of guy, well he is but not my type ) will all go out and teach me to ride a bike so we can go and mountain bike over the local hills. hahaha yes very funny….. a 40yrd woman who has never had or ridden a bike and will probably end up black and blue!!
wasnt planning on using the gym for a while but weights at home are too bloody light, havent researched the training i wanted to do( yes i know bloody lazy ) and cant do anything else. so upper body workouts it will be for a while. it should keep me from stropping. well actually maybe not. but at least i took a half hour tonight of my "mothers day" to meet my ex for a drink ( it was that or invite him into my house…….. so not gona do that!! hes a a**hole!! ) to tell him he needs to take his kids for more than on weekend a month!! didnt go over to wel….l but hey at this rate every other weekend will be better than hes been doing!! his one weekend a month is more like one in six. night all XX

all change

have been working my butt off…… changed programme and it was working well got in some great weight increases and learnt how to use straps for my stifflegged deadlifts. felt that i was really getting somewhere. but as with all things that go well something has happened to completely b******s it up!!!!!!! so am taking the forseeable future off from the gym to try and get my head together. infact i decided to stay away from everything and everyone i know and try some different things.
things that are still going to happen is training……have taken up running again! tho learning how to run in trainers is pathetic at my age. but i never ran or competed in foorwear or spikes!!! dangerous but never wore shoes unless i had to. also no weights just body work and more other stuff that work me hard just in a different way.
bodybuilding show…….have been and bought myself a ticket to a local show at the end of april. the kids will be going with me so itll be good quality time for all of us.
going ape!!! they changed the date when i mentioned the show at work and others said they had problems with the original dates….anyways it involves swinging from trees, assault courses, and zip wire jumps!! itll be cool and fun, which i need.
still planning parachute jump……just need to actually choose when and what im doing and soon else itll be too late!!

anyways ill up date stats as soon as…….and update blog as ness………..managed 45mins around the town i live in one and a half times. dont want to guess at distance but it was good as decided to sprint the last 100m and was actually able too!!!!! not overly exerted soooooo im not as outta shape as i thought. who knows where this may take me. X

week to date…..work has been erhm how shall i say this…..b******s!!!!! monday lost keys, tuesday washout, wednesday parking ticket, thursday ( oh that would be today ) burst pipe!!! training however pretty darn good!! LOL monday did back, to long ago to remember but good workout and had my back realined halfway through workout!! worked to failure on some exercises and pyramided on others!! tuesdsay rest day!! wednesday was chest not as good as i wanted but did increase weights for benching and flyes ( using better form too )  need to get on the bar or smith to better!! worked in some sets with one of the guys ( who had it pointed out to him he forgot to spot me hahahaah ) today leggggggsssssss!! OH I LOVE THESES DAYS!! 15mins ( low mid range ) recline bike,  squats on the incline 3×10@14kgs dbbs very narrow narrow and wide, lunges on the high step 2×10@10kgs sloooooowwww, single leg squats (bench) 1×10@4kgs 1×10@6kgs ( my balance is way off!! LOL )  step ups on the platform 2×10@10kgs dbbs, 2×10@12kgs dbbs, squats on the smith about 6×10@40kgs ( sorry but spent my time laughing with p/t and forgot to increase just went past parrallel on all reps/sets and tried to take them slooowww ) calf raises between all sets using floor, step , dbbs, and smith all with varying weights upto the 40kgs and outward and straight. night all tomorrow is massage day!! X

chest and tris today and worked like a mad woman…. could of been cause i was grummpy but hey got in a excellent workout. set plan ( have plans to change next week for something different ) and then flyes on 30% incline 4sets of 6kgsdbbs 8 kgs 10kgs 12kgs, bent tris kickbacks 3sets of 2kgs 4kgs 4kgs, chest press on the smith 30% 10kgs 12.5 kgs 15kgs 20kgs and 22.5 kgs ( this really not getting so well so will practice and give it some better focus ) standing tris pushdown 4 sets 10kgs 15kgs 20kgs 15kgs lying pullovers 4sets 8kgs 10kgs 12kgs 14kgs 16kgs single dbb, tris pulldown rope 3sets 10kgs 12.5kgs 15kgs, butterfly machine 4sets 10kgs 12.5 kgs 15kgs 17.5kgs 20kgs, standing tris extention rope 3sets 5kgs 7.5kgs 10kgs ( trying to keep elbows in  is a bit of a bitch but trying to get them to work ) bent chest flyes on the cables 3sets 5kgs 7.5kgs and 10kgs ( will get better at these if it kills me ) …… maybe not thew way to work but it gave me rest between chest work but the alternation- great finish but 30mins on spinner ( okay gym empty enough to get one of the p/ts to show me how to set up and work it hahaha have to say excellent cardio and was like sweaty betty when i got of LOL
y’day legs again 30mins recline to start and went on to 3sets of 10kgs dbb squats on the incline step very close, narrow and wide . then 3sets of 12kgs of the same then 3sets of just just narrow with 14kgs, 1set each of straight invert and outward calf raises on the press 30kgs, lunges on the high step with 2sets of 10 kgs and 2 sets of 12kgs, 1 set each of invert straight and outward floor calf raises with 10kgs dbbs, abd and add 30kgs 35kgs 40kgs  leg press for calfs 1set each of invert outward and straight with 40kgs then squats on the smith 20kgs 30kgs 40kgs 50kgs, calf raises on the step between each set of squats with no weights all straight  then while taking a bathroom stop before hitting the bigger weights someone got on the smith ( there was nobody in there when i left LOL so finished with 3sets of curls 20kgs 25kgs 30kgs…… went for sauna and some me time then evening went entirely pearshaped which is why i ended up fedup grummpy and told one of the big guys in the gym on the sunday to "bite me" after commenting that it was about time i did some decent cardio, did make up for it by telling him it was me not him!! night

RECLINE

OKAY THE GLOVES ARE OFF AND IVE BEEN ON THE RECLINE……okay dont know why but now up to 30mins but when i get off i swear my butt is cramping?? what the hell i walk it off and it goes pretty quick and dont feel it the next day so cant be major. aside from that now more blokes in the gym are pushing me to lift heavier. this is good but i hope its not because they all think im doing bugger all!! squats on the smith are getting better and only need to get spotted for my form on the heaviest weight im using ( purely for form depth and not cause i cant get the weight back up _ still getting 10reps per weight ). want to big this up some more but just not getting time on it. have upped the floor squats with the dbbs tho and back up to a fairly decent weight. legs are stronger and pushing through both instead of mostly thro one. extentions are not getting there and they are frustrating the hell outta me. but i will find a way. think maybe pyramiding that and the curls might have more impact as get the most from my leg days when ive done that. seem to be losing my dimples!! is this a good thing or bad?? lunges are stronger too but want to try it off the step as opposed to onto it…. see if it makes for more ????. legs y’day and not feeling it despite the work and weights. did take longer rests for a change and breathing was barely raising ( feels weird not to be at least panting when im working out and stopping for pit stops ). am wanting to give the spinner a go! but will wait til no bugger is in there for that. what can i say bikes scare me…… never had one as a kid ( there was no point ….. i RAN EVERYWHERE!!!! and i do mean everywhere, and always barefoot too!! competed barefoot too. ) havent done back as therapist asked me to lay of to give the trigger points a chance to recover. missed my massage last friday. ( late finishing work! ran out of petrol _needed to push my car off the road while wearing 5 inch heels!_ and ended up training at 8pm ) so plan has been to work chest harder as i need to balance out. ( tho wont be getting that massaged however  sore it gets!! calfs have been hit harder to and working core more! still not much in the way of a six pack but ill get rid of the belly!!! and without the help of surgery!! tonite who knows ….. plan on chest but depends on whether i can be forceful enough to get them to share the equipment!!
