hi alllllllllll……………….worked all day, but hit the gym anyways!! lol supposed to be going out but have been blown out instead!! bastards!!! leg day ………….sooooooooo follow on conversation from the other day!! ( weird ..yes but hell who cares!! ) comments made on my reappeared ipod ( now it doesnt look like im mad ….just that i cant dance LOLOLOL ). comment on my age and that THEY ..( WHO THE HELL IS THEY ??? ) didnt think i was that old ( explains the random camparison to the 22 yrold.) also about one of the p/ts checking out my bum!! chest ….and got some replacement earpones, so no more singing to meself!! always a bonus haha still busy in there, must be that end of workday rush. anyways most of them happy to cut in and work around you but give you the space you need. with the "you leave you lose it motto"…..works for me!! lol
ans a plus was one or two of them are customers so….. they are usually good to me:), gotta get this changed but set stuff all dumbbells( weight per dbb )

supposed to be a back day but has ended up as a day for the big and the butch to take the p**s outta me!! good job i have a sense of humour!! LOL tried my damnest but constantly had blokes getting in the way and s**t. must of been real obvious cause even the p/t and two of the big and the butch were making fun of it. one gave advise for back ( but id already heard the comments ) so encouraged him to show me how to do it. i got to be the one to perv instead of him!! hahaha ( what can i say ….im only human!!)
sooooo weights/reps are getting better (at least for me)…..shoulder press seated 2×8@12kgs each dbb, standing alt curls2×8@10kgs each dbb,side lateral raises 2×6@8kgs each dbb, still 2×12 @16kg (1dbb) with the standing tri extention, front raise 2×10@6kgs each dbb, around the worlds3×4@5kgs each dbb, still a piddling bench press 2×8 @ 14kgs each dbb ( okay thats 28kgs total….but its hardly much progress in the last 6mths :S ), lat pulldown 40kgs @ 8,6,4, lower back 3×10 @45kgs, low row 47.5 @8,6,4 ( couldnt get to the free weights soooo….) pec 1×10@15,1×10@20kgs, leg press @70kgs, ( finally free on the cables soooo cuffs) interrnal 3×10@5kgs , external 3.75 kgs @8,6,4, bent rows 2×10@ 25kgs ( okay they were using all the bigger bars!! :S ) chin ups ( assisted… with discussion on saying that i should be doing it free …. should never of held on one handed and turned around to talk!! lol ) 25kgs 1×10, 20kgs 1×8 , 15kgs 1×6……. called it a day after being threatened with them finding me at work to carry on the p**s take!! gggggrrrrrrwwwwwww !!!!! chest day……. supprisingly started with a santa fun run! wet windy bloody muddy and sooooo very funny! managed to mostly run a mile in boots jeans two jumpers coat …ohh and a santa costume. complete with beard!! ( damn i look hot with a beard! lmao ) didnt fall once til my girl fell over in the mud (LOL) then i let her rugby tackle me!! what can i say? im a pushover! hahaha
rest of workout….. set piece upper body only! plus flyes (flat &inclines(15+30%) 2×10@8kgs dbbs, shoulder raises 2×10@12kgs dbbs, incline press 1×8@10kgs 2×10@10kgs (15%), 2×5@10kgsdbbs (30%), lying ext 2×10@10kgs ( ball ), pullovers 2×10@1×10kgs dbb, plus something else but i cant remember!!. not great but not bad. bloody knackered! haha

okay had massage last thurs( ended up as full body instead of just back )….. hhhmmm nice, tho nearly unable to drive home!! friday …seemed able to go for more without to much problems ( did dicide to drop the leg work from the set stuff—- pretty sure if now making increases harder having both together )
sleeping is crap struggle to get there then cant wake up (erghhh doesnt help when your sleeping on top of the radiator which you left turned on to high!!!! nearly ended up rather crispy hahaha. tuesday good chest day the upper body stuff from the set piece plus incline press and flyes and flat flyes ( bugger didnt write it all down but did do more…… honestly i did!!! )

okay first time of proper deads since…..??? month or two ( not including bells ……. its just not the same is it?? ) anyways straight for 60kgs @ 10 reps then 70kgs, but kept loosing it as hands to wet and bar kept slipping. weight felt fine, and despite comments by p/ts about someones crack etc kept it. tried to catch the bar to correct slipping but no help!! haha at least i didnt drop it.
cuffs still at bout 5kgs each side on the cables 2 sets@ 10. shoulder press 10kgs each 2@10 ( go to 12 then change up weight again ) bench 12kgs each 2@10, lateral and front raises 6kgs each 2 at 10, around the worlds 4kgs each 2 at 8 ( better but not where i want to be….tho not needing to cry now )lunges ( more stable but still light ) 16kgs each 2@10, standing tri extention 16kgs 2@ 10 ( need to chg up but want more depth on the range of motion ). squats 14 kgs each warm up full range ass to floor @10 then 2@ 8 20kgs each,2 @8 22kgs each, 2 @ 24kgs each and finally a weight i could be happy about 2@6 for 26kgs each. bitch kept slipping 9 wet hands and dumbbells!!! …. not great and soooooo far off where i should be!! tho p/t was training today so did help me push…..not to sure of his idea of me squatting 32kgs dumbbells even if they are the ones he shoulder presses HAHAHAHA!!!!! anyway could of pushed alot further but he insisted on posing infront the mirrors behind me!!! ( bad boy!! hehehe ) so aside from knowing i need to work alot f**king harder……..xx

working out and forgot time i was having soooo much fun!! bugger me was at it for a couple hours!! oopppss……. anyways weights are good tho not liking the change of having to increase reps before increasing weights errggghhh! okay really not like it, okay dont think i push myself in a dangerous way to have to be bloody restricted.
chest work today was good and laughing lots. tho not to the extent that i hurt myself( remembered to put the weights down ) slight change on the twist so made sure that i got it right with a lower weight so then push next session. cuff work is coming on an weights going great. ( now more women are doing them LOL…. what is with that?????? erhm …sheep!!! )
last thought one of the p/ts is looking to compete (hahaha ..ooohhh the fun i shall have ) anyways ill kick his ass and hopefully hell kick mine. jealous of the fact that he and co. go to what looks to be a kickass gym every so often and kill it on the legs. damn i need a f**king squat rack…. im feeling like a bloody weak and incapable woman!!! ttly xx
