had some good info from a friend,( sadly it has taken me days to digest it!! hahaha ). so have had to reevaluate my desires. well at least what may be acheviable….. but on my terms!!! okay i may not get as big as i want, but i still feel that i can get pretty damn close to my goal ( itll just take me longer - anyway i enjoy the ride ;) ). so need to figure out what works where and with what?? make sense?? noooooo but ill figure it out in time hahaha  what can i say im a bit like my girl ( or shes like me ) should of seen her face when i had to tell her she was never gona compete with the guys in "flex". pointed out some women ( she was so not impressed ). anyway shes got a soft spot for one of the guys on here ( it something to do with his pipple earrings hahaha ).

no training today :( , childcare went pearshaped and have had to miss :( . have hopes of getting there tomorrow and poss sunday ( that im NOT looking forward to but …. ) anyways it depends on my son gracing me with his presence!!! haha

on a VERY BIG  plus side…….. ive found a house……. but bugger ive still gotta wait till next week to find out if itll be mine!! damn trying not to get excited but ……. its as good as getting in a kick ass session!!! :S anyways time will tell……..

hhhmmmm ” yoga and pilates “

okay have been doing yoga and pilates since last tuesday ( never said as i didnt know if id like it ), its pretty much most of my pre workout stretching and rehab stuff LOL. hah and there i thought the guy wasnt gona push it when i said itdd bore me to tears!! actually its been pretty relaxing ( maybe ive grown into it hahaha ). training sat went sort of okay! in and out. today went better. feeling it in my back soooo i know ive worked it in places it didnt want to do.
getting perved by my ex at 6.30 this morning was a step to far and the iron very nearly ended up in his head ( okay it didnt ….but i can imagine ). gym - ended up snapping at p/t …well it was his own fault even if i do feel real bad about it!! set plan good got up all squats onto 16kgs dumbbells so am getting there. standing tri extentions 14 kgs and lunges 14kgs too. think my stance is to long as its hitting upper quad more than the whole??!! lying tri extention 12 kgs, pullover 12kgs , bent row 12kgs , incline chest 12kgs ( not happy but okay with this - its been what 4 weeks since injection soooooo???? ) tri dips and chin ups ( bugger still weighted ) @ 20kgs …..made sure that i held weight off the plate as much as poss so barely touching and only used back muscles…. squeezed the crap outta them hahaha!! finished on the lats …. 30kgs! sets 2x 10.  ttyl

grumpy pants :S

okay have had my grumpy pants on all day….. bad night again is taking its toll. tight sore and fed up!! :S  damn its a bad idea to have someone show how tight you are as it all decides to make itself felt. back is feeling grumpier than i am, and thats saying something LOL. plus strangely have a very numb hip :(   set plan not so good, tried to get some good upper body in and didnt get much there either. tri kickbacks, bent one arm rows and such only 10kgs dumbbells 2sets of 10 each. put off so went to hide ( yes i do mean hide ) down at the lat pulldown. it didnt work got told off for being a grumpy pants, and that i should smile…….. said i was smiling just not somewhere they could see!!! LMAO ….. hahaha the joys of the quick witt. just watching what you just said occur to the other person reflected in their face hahaha …soooovery wicked but sooo very funny. anyways 3×10 at 35 kgs with proper grip and felt back doing allllll the work so am happy with that if nothing else. eerrrhhhmmm something else, i think someone is VERY likely to be EXTREMELY p*ssed at me!! oops to late now, embarrassment can be spared both of us if they NEVER EVER EVER try to mention what they have seen or read.

so ill think twice about giving site address of my practically naked bum to anyone i know!! i did say NEVER EVER EVER MENTION IT AT ALL  didnt i ?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   as in NO DISCUSSION ON THE SUBJECT IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM!!!  tho weights i will discuss :) )

to massage or not to massage????

errrrrhhhhhhmmmmmmmm….sooooo today, good, loads of energy ( and no still didnt sleep that well -but better than previous nights ). workout legs today and got in some good weights on set plan, and leg day. didnt max out weights and go for broke but thought about staying on mid weights, with the idea of improving stamina and then getting good increase. sets 3×10 press @70kgs (seems the most natural weight for me - exerting but not to failure) curls @25kgs, add/abd @ 30kgs, didnt do extentions or lower back as got in good weights on the squats and dumbbell stiff legged dead.

did have a chat with p/t about hip stretching as not getting increase in lunge ( seems unstable on one side and hips swing to one side on the wide squat). getting past parallel but not ass to floor, can do it as like to sneak them in when lifting weight to set up - seems the most natural way but poss wouldnt give me the best results hahaha. it also appears hes a qualified sports therapist LOL, never thought he was an idiot but never occurred that he was that! sooooo put the trip on me about how no matter how bad my living situation i need to do massage and have someone stretch me out at least every other week. pointed out how tight i was ( that i knew ). he does seem to understand my reluctance to go back for treatment, tho dont think he knows why ( or maybe he does ), anyways has made me promise to reconsider my stand on the matter. recommended a guy who i got introduced to previously but things may have gone way past the stage where i could go to him and be comfortable. he has also offered to do it himself, thinks he would enjoy it as he says  i have good muscle shape etc and that seeing as im so tight he could hurt me!! hahaha  WHY IS THAT SUCH A MALE PREOCCUPATION??? why does every male want to play with your pain, are they all sadists or is it just the effect i seem to have on them????? anyways got a plan to put together for a lad on here sooooo am off to do some research and s**T. TTYL |x      got my hair chopped today, am so not sure if i like it……….to late now!

okay soooo bloody knackered, not eatting enough as keep bloody waking up at 2 in the mornig then awake til 5 when i finally fall asleep and the alarm goes off i have to get up!!! gggrrrwwww yaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnn LOL…… anyways class tonite was so me very cool, stretching ( just what i needed - been a bad girl and not been doing it in the evenings..tut tut!! ) and alot of kick boxing/ martial arts without the contact. hey sounds poss crap but very cardio!! CAN HONESTLY SAY HEART WAS RACING BLOOD WAS PUMPING .. AND WELL YOU KNOW HOW ALL THAT GOES HAHAHA. managed to do some stuff that i never really go for - sit ups being one of them ( tho had to do them with the male instructor)- ( god he was hot ) soooo kept my eyes closed and focused on me and my muscles instead hehe! hey i didnt barely even noticed the sweat dripping out of my hair and face and running down my back.

bounced out of there….definately on a very good high!!! hell i feel alive and raring to go !!! hahaha okay may take awhile to sleep tonite haha ….film for tonite blood and chocolate..hhmm    foooooooooooooood!

hi all…..soooooo today will update workout tracker with set plan, but aside from that………..today upper body. shoulder raises 2×10 @ 12kgs dumbells, rows 3×10 @ 30kgs, lat pulldown 3X10 @ 30kgs, chest press (machine) 2X10 @20kgs, abs (machine)3×10@ 35kgs, ……..bloody knackered to start as only had about three hours sleep sooooo not the best day ive had but not the worst!! :S      at least i finally got to see "troy" last night (directors cut) pretty damn good if you ask me!
actually just wanted to pass on this trivial piece of info…….. had a chat after updating weigths and logging out at gym. with the question of what the other women in the gym were lifting ( for comparison ), wellllllllllllllll………… not alot apparantly. okay thats wrong hes given the weights average of the machines and im double what they are doing. as for free weights wellllllllll im one of the few that lift heavy, me poss topping them. ( damn and they carry more muscle ). though im possibly the only one who uses the free weights and one of the few in the gym that does the deads and squats. ( pretty sure that included the men too ).
so explains why i get teased as much as i do. though have found that the teasing isnt meant to put down or disrepect my workouts or my desire for what i do! seems my body speaks for me!!!!!!!!!! LOL at least its doing something …sadly didnt get to do unassisted dips or chin ups as stalked by customers from my work and idiots doing some strange shit on the equipment!! hahaha ttyl night all XXX

…….. sooooo friday god how i manage my mornings ha…. aside from finding out that someone is NOT happy about my gyming ( eat s*t ), and the pleasure of knowing he was put in his place hahaha. had to wait this time for the gym to open as i was sooo bloody early!!! set plan okay- but starting to need a change :( , free time good but again need to rework and find some more stimulating pieces. lat pulldown 12/10/8 @ 25/30/35 kgs, pecs :( 12/10/8 @ 10/12.5 /15/ 17.5 kgs :( ,abs…., dips / chin up 10/10/10 @ 25/20/15 (getting easier) , cables for cuffs increased on the internal rotation but not external……okay now im lost ( reminder to self - dont talk on msn and try blogging at the same bloody time )…did get told about sorting out my hair >>> think its in need of a cut hahaha and …. butt stuff again

sat …..that would be today - i think ( bloody hell )….. set plan ….getting larger - ive taken to adding to it weights up!! cant change til end of month( ggggrrrwwwww- i need something to get my teeth into NOW ), lower body …..abs , lower back 10/10/10 @ 25/30/35, curls 10/10/10 @ 25/30/35 kgs, extentions 10/10/10 @ 25/30/35kgs, add /abd 10/10/10 @ 25/30/35 and LEG PRESSSSSSSSSSSS  10/10/10 @ 50/60/70 and back round again for two sets 10 with the middle weight of all except for press which waS 70 KGS…..would of gone for the 80kgs but i ended up with four women going on BLAH BLAH BLAH IN A F**KING HIGH PITCHED SQUEELING NOISE GGGGGRRRRRRWWWWW  so went for last abs then 5 mins at high on the x trainer………. then sauna….. which brings me to butt comments and deciding i may just go bloody train in the buff it would shut them the hell up and stop them from trying to catch me half naked!!!!!!!!!!

got organised haha

so managed to get organised for a 6.30 gym start, not bad considering having to get together 2 kids as well (plus 3 cats ). anyways good start dispite the bikini comment ( so not gona go there )!!…….set plan- upped all the weights… good feeling :)   hit my time and went for it with a "kill it or die attitude!!" feel like ive let myself down as legs struggled with both extention an curls :/ gggrrrww!!! 12/10/8 with 25/30/35 kgs really struggled with the last set…….damn s**t!! add and abd both going like easy ( now im waiting for the other shoe to drop - its gotta as it shouldnt be like this )weights are right and feeling it on the last reps…but ????  12/10/8 weights 25/30/35 kgs and for my last push before work ….the leg press ……hhhhhhhmmmmm ..almost as sexy as squats hehehehe!! anyways 12/10/10/10/8 yeah i know but i just need this soooooooooo much, weights 40/50/60/70 and for the last 80kgs ….yes ya bugger!!!  nearly scared the crap outta p/t …( hey i was expecting it to take every thing i had and break my legs ……. okay it didnt!! ) so was well and truely focused, hell it was like giving birth, after the first push and the head’s free the rest just follows along!! hahaha  not the best discription but the one you get……… x

sssoooo workout okay..late abloodygain !!! anyways upper….. went  well and better on the dips/chinups  both taking off the weights and aiming for complete body weight only ( ill get this bad boys ass kicked this week ) … all free weights today as allllllll the machines and lat pull down were taken.  12/10/8 reps weights 25/20/15kgs sooooo much easier than sat so on line for this week. other weights much of a muchness… soooo nothing much else to say. other than eating like ive not been fed in months!!!
