working hard
have been working hard, and trying to push even harder. have been looking around and think ive found a way of increasing weight which wont make me fall on my ass!!! haha its actually worked well and got in another split legs day, this time nailing it on both workouts
)))) calfs still in need of HELP but i know where im going wrong so just need to correct that and ill have legs like an amazon. hahaha well i will when i get the weight and squat right for my quads. have back tonight so still waiting for the heat to drop a little, will be able to get a good one in as not working a the moment ( taking time away ). night ….off the research strengthing for sons wrists etc. assessment done and no major problems:))))) tho he needs to work on hios posture and get weight training hahaha
