role model !!!

have recently changed my goals ( an no i wasnt sulking at the time …. just having a moment of clarity LOL ). hav hit the gym running this week and am having soooooo much more energy for the day ( plus less stresssed an more chilled …. ohhh i could be a cucumber LMAO ). maxing on everything im allowed on an incresing with everyday, still no limits to what i can do LOL need to find my point!!!!! :S after all hav gotta have one…dont i ??? beginnning to get my feel for it, tho still early mornings ( or fairly early ) are soooo much more easier to hold my focus on my shit rather than everyone elses. ( apart from the fact that i think one pesonal trainer and his client?? do spend some of their time watchhing me walk, why … who the hell knows?? )

anyway weekend was awesome for goals, my plans to be a good role model for my kids has taken wing LOL :) . there was a "MEET YOUR NAVY " DAY  at the historic docks. ( unbeliveably awesome ….soooooo coool ). well for charity had agreed to do a 250m ( 4/5 storey ) zip wire jump!!!! wellll did it, feeling is amazing. but to top it all my 6yr old girl….she did it to!!!! :) LOL i am incredably proud of her, ( son is sulking now … he wanted to do it but wasnt there ). she was a baby when i did the "fire walk" ( hot coals ) and the "ice walk" ( broken glass ) but my son supported me on both. this time she got the payoff and he didnt!!!

hard???

sooooo……..have got to the gym 3 out of 5 !!! considering ive had a cold not too bad. have pushed more each time and do feel that on a proper bike i could actually go a far bit before dying LOL. really this is alot more cardio than i ever do, apart from sprinting up and down stairs in my heels of course.  10 mins bike 10 mins treadmill 10 mins x trainer…..not bad plus some other stuff….. missing my free weights badly :( but not able to use in the gym unless shown :(

so another induction tomorrow, then can use more equipment!! haha maybe then some weights. ive not been mixing and matching, ive finished the week feeling that i havent given it 100% and that there is so much more that i could of got out of it :( . but i did decide to do this so should at least give it a proper go before having a major strop!!! LOL the only thing i can say is that ive done way over what they put to start ( to be honest thats not that hard !!! ) so will push harder and srive for more as of tomorrow, after all it is another day to better what i did today :)

gym induction :)

okay so i went for the induction and didnt give in to the nightmares i had all last night ;S ….. serious they were bad!!! anyway guy was nice and didnt seem to think i was a freak ( think hes gona hav a word with the other one if he finds out who it was!! haha ).  most of the stuff is hightec, but have fallen in love with the leg press…… i wonder if they will notice me trying to take it home with me.

think the guy was having a discreet play to find out what i was lifting, he kept increasing the weights as we were going around haha. so am now bked in for the next intro and such, now just need to get my ass in there when its quite and have a play with what i can do with it!!

already spied out the squat rack and cant wait to have that to myself !!!  hhhhhhhmmmmmmmm ohhhh just the thought of it hahahaha  ….. i think i need to go train ar at least more stretching, hip and hams are still tight :)

NO PLANS HAHA

no weights means no set plans!!! haha sooooo am doing what i like and whats not hurting LOL!!

went for back…… using rehab stuff!! forgot how much i enjoy these LOL, and there i was thinking when i first got them he was just a bloody sadistic man!! hehehe ( tho could of been right about that ). anyway got in excellent workout, back now nicely exhausted haha, god it feels goooood! theraband needs changing up but is still good for now, last time when i had to replace them ( snapage and falling on my @ss ) couldnt find any thicker stronger ones. may have another look soon ( but not now ).

lats feel like they are now working together as opposed to one doing what i tell it and the other one f**king off for a sandwich!! lmao  on a passing thought ( i do have thos on occassion ) my son pointed out that left is not looking as developed as my right??? damn i wish my pics were better, clearer or i just had better defintion to show that in the pics!!!??? lol    g2g more kids school stuff …joyous!!!LOL

piercings ( a no go :( )

looked to get a piercing y’day, but ive been told NO….wtf!!! appears ive got nothing to pierce!!! huh …. pretty damn sure ive got one!!  tho not enough of a belly button to do it - unless i want major scarring or it to go all wrong :( !!! there must be a positive in there sumwhere but cant see it a the moment ….. to busy being sulky and stroppy !!!!!1 lmao

anyway …….. everything else is coming along (erh… still no weights :( !!!!!!!!) but its coming, in a fashion, have abs tonight so should be able to get sumthing out of that as can lift weight for thos! hehe also managed to fix my bike ( grease got everywhere tho ) seems it didnt need much tho ive had it apart all over the lounge floor!!! see there is a use for the floor hahaha !!!! well back together now, been a while since ive been on it, so legs will probably fall off when i finish. at least its staionery and i wont have to worry about falling off or leaving it in a ditch when i to knackered to ride it!!! LMAO

fwiw …. was got out in the sun today and am not a very pretty pink colour!!!! not as bad as when ive been in the sauna but will now need s**t loads for fake tan to mask it hahaha !! night x

no weights :(((((

sooo am having to go without at the moment ( :( ((  ), but on plus side am able to do some with a bit of cleverness!!!! haha. after chatting with a new friend :) have decided to go with sum stuff that i looked up for a kid on here. damn wall squats ( ggrrrrhhh ) killed my knees but were good as more in quad than i get in usual squat?? mayb due to more upright position and slowness of drop! lunges ….. well what can i say…. even on slowness still dont get that much out of thos but am gona get in some walking ones.

now have got toghter an entire workout for my cuffs ( even if not needed itll give me alot more variety ). not quite as aching but grinding is still there :( will perservere and see where it takes me. took stats— no sodding change (ggrrww) but it will come. will need to get more supps soon as run out weeks ago, expensive but every now and again they help. hto am just eatting what i like, need to just eat a damn sight more HHHHMMMM FFFOOOODDD!!!!!!!!! hehehe. a woman that likes to stuff her face …… definately a novelty!!! lmao

well g2g as son has been texting me (while he is suposed to be studying in school) for lunch money!!!  then am going to find other ways to train without using my shoulders???? theres always a way, especially if looked for LOL.

treatment

been working at the thing i dont like and have been hitting abs pretty well…. wouldnt say hard but am definately beginning to work them properly! (hahaha) am actually finding that i actually enjoy them if i use weights and dont go near a crunch but find other more novel approaches. ( im obviously just bloody difficult  lol ).

shoulders have been flaring up and went for injection into rotator cuff today ( now aching like hell ) tho only had one done (right ). doc suggested something else for other one but have tried that already and was crap!!!! so will have to wait and get left done when i figure out where i need it the most.

will have to find new ways of working lower body that wont stress the shoulders for a little while. think ive found some due to some of the other blogs and videos on here! hahaha……. well night all ;)

working hard

have been working hard, and trying to push even harder. have been looking around and think ive found a way of increasing weight which wont make me fall on my ass!!! haha its actually worked well and got in another split legs day, this time nailing it on both workouts :) )))) calfs still in need of HELP but i know where im going wrong so just need to correct that and ill have legs like an amazon. hahaha well i will when i get the weight and squat right for my quads. have back tonight so still waiting for the heat to drop a little, will be able to get a good one in as not working a the moment ( taking time away ). night ….off the research strengthing for sons wrists etc. assessment done and no major problems:))))) tho he needs to work on hios posture and get weight training hahaha :) )))
