stress and texts

week has not been good stress levels off the scale and even gone for councilling due to idiot ex and impact on my kids !!!:( tho i need someone to just off load on and make sure i stay on track. anyways have been trying all week to sort something out about my son and his hands, which has not gone pear shaped, info i gave at start has been given back and told im a idiot >>>>>>>>>>  BOLLOCKS TO THAT >>>>>>>>>> ANYWAY NOT GOOD. training on the other hand has been on the up, got in a excellent leg day today. tried some new lifts for me and they were great. did however decide to split the day ( heat got up ) well some great halfwitt decided to mess with me AGAIN  and when went to do squats got to third set and realised if i carried on i would pull something. backed off and went swimming instead. 30mins fast back stroke. not the workout i wanted but was what i got. gona try and get in another leg day:( and i soooo love my squats, espeacially now am up to 50 kgs:)) will also try and get some hammies pics, id like to see how theyve come on, tho dont know how im gona get them done, need to find some shorts long enough to cover my sweet cheaks!!!! hahahaha night x

deformed???

posted pics and hoping for helpful comments ( or at least honest )……. i think i may be seroiusly deformed or just very crap at  posing and flexing hahaha. actually out of twenty pics of my back they all looked deformed. cant make out how i should be rectifying imbalance ( it quite obviously is there ). i know should be more reps and poss more weight but how much?? could just go for broke and trying working it to exhaustion on that side with maximum weight that it can take?

anyways butt still in need of work ( someone thinks its my elbow ). or they mean i dont know my ass from my elbow??? bugger thats funny and why the hell didnt i think of it. worked back yesterday and its now sore, not like squat sore but it okay. what i would give to get an EVEN back workout. slow progress but ill get there. maybe by then my photography skills and posing would of improved as well. LMAO …….. theres always hope, night all X

squat heaven

hahaha okay ive been trying to get a killer leg day for sooooo long now and small increases havent hit it or falling down the stairs. got back to it properly on sunday. anyways had a mental moment and forgot what weight i was using so did my warm up set then just hit it hard on the next three, didnt even think about the way i have to get the bar up. hell all thous hyperextentions and deads have been doing something as getting set didnt hardly show. ( cross between squat and goodmorning…kinda lol). changed position and adjusted set myself and went for it….. squats now at 50 kgs……. YES I NAILED IT … didnt feel the tearing in my quads only in the hips and a little in the glutes. didnt get fully down but got my ass in a level with my knees. (all thos years of my mother telling me i squat like a gypsy is turning out to be aggod thing haha). did all my sets on squats and went for the lunge ….not so well here …erhm….. left side good just not full range, right  just went, i must of looked a right berk and tell how i managed to get the bar off. next time ill drop the weight a little and try weaker leg first. so wednesday morning and a day off work. tearing did get my quads and glutes, feeling it now. the feeling is awesome and cant wait for more!!!!!lol

MORE THAN BAD LUCK ?????

WELL ANOTHER WEEK AND THINGS HAVE GONE PEAR SHAPED :( (((( not only have i fallen down a flight of stairs (luckily most of it was taken by my leg-beautiful bruise the size of my palm ) have just gone and bloody pranged my car as well :( ((……. so son last saturday fractured his thumb, who i now have to take to my physio…its his 5th fracture (both wrists and both thumbs!!!!) this week has not left me with the best to get on and train.

have got to it but its been light all week, tho the great thing is have managed to maintain weight at 124lbs :) ))))

footnote:- my ex is also started bloody well stalking me again, this time he is making sure his days off coincide with mine…ERGH ….. the man can not get it through his thick skull that WE ARE NOT AND NEVER WILL BE ANYTHING TO EACH OTHER !!!!!!!! …ON THAT VOMITING THOUGHT HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND AND NO LAUGHING AT OTHERS MISFORTUNE!!;)
