down time

trying to chill down before week off……..trailed by not visiting my profile ( worked ok other than to answer comments).

i am soooo not looking forward to no training. even when i finish i prowl around ………. like to think its just cooling down( rather than me on the verge of taking it to far) LOL. thankfully i have something to fill my time next week ( finally looking to house move - have deposit now just need ahouse to rent ). OMG ………… i could ACTUALLY BE SLLEPING IN A DAMN BED ……….. the fist in about 18 months. :) )

this week is the end of my 3 week plan and has gone well. have found can definately lift more than with the higher rep, and body recovers quick before next session. stretch on left lat is improving but still need to hold then go back to. its moving better on the flex LOL or it does when i get it right LOL. sooooo…….. off of here to take down time…….. tho may have to cone visit annomously……….LMAO

have decided to give tracker a go>>>>LOL. not the easiest thing when your arms have given up working!!LOL hell needed my son to help……..converting kgs to lbs….erggh… may just move over to one to make my life simple. ha ha ha

am now knackered ……… chest not so ?????? but arms feel like they want to drop off. let them try it…… g2g food is calling me….

think ive lost my "oomph"……. worked back yesterday on a lower rep higher weight. only thing that usually makes it that f**KED  is an hour long deep tissue massage, and would remember having one of those……only consolation is it does feel like ALL of it is alive instead of only half. chest would of worked as well if managed to stay in the flow and keep my focus….but the idiot kept interupting me for stupid reasons( training…… whoever is on the phone can wait ).

have a legs day tonight so looking forward to tomorrow having me walking along going " argh urgh erhg….my butt hurts!" expecting that another increase but lower rep will bring results ( even small ones will be good ). am working tomorrow but its a half day and my night out has been cancelled ( as i left it to late for childcare - own stupid fault) so can hit it hard for two daysand still have time to recover.

a pm made me think of hols and have found out that ive actually missed a week off!!! how in the hell did that happen??? so cant take now and next break isnt until end of may( ergghhh!!!- training makes me alive working all the hours doesnt ). so now will have to make sure take time to cut back to rehab and stretching only after next week and come back and hit it hard!!! then only a short time till im off! LOL

okay so i posted progress pics……. not bad. glutes are coming along nicely still a way to go! HA HA AH ! WHY IS THERE ALWAYS THAT BLOODY STUBBORN BIT!!! back was ok tho had to take in shadow as light had gone and new camera is taking time to get used to. but i thought it showed some more progress………IT ALSO SHOWED THAT IVE HARDLY MUCH LEFT LAT YET…….GGRRRR!!!! LOL tho can feel the defference between both sides there is some there. had been prowling this site looking for inspiration as well as good advise……..spending lots of time on the forum( keep getting distracted by the male chats…..damn theyre funny!!!!) anyway to get back on track this ive found some that may work. will still stick to the next 2 wks plan but have decided to increase reps on left and single. will see how this goes and poss keep it going. used it tonight as had to swap around 2 days…….worked well have even work on both sides and can feel the flex on both tho not as much on left. next pics poss in 4wks so hopefully enough progress to show!!!!!!  now bed knackered after 3 hrs sleep and feeling hungry increasing cals hasnt helped hunger much so drinking more water!!!!!

what the f**k!!!!!!!!!!

i ve worked hard all day in some piddling village where the population is all over 60 and poss walking dead!!!!! i come here to get my self together to focus and motivate me onto bigger and greater things!!!!! i cant be the only one ….one would think!!! INSTEAD I GET GREETED BY???????? BUTT NAKED ……. EVERYBODY HAS THEIR OWN AND WE ALL THINK OURS IS STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS!!!!! BUT WTF TOOK THEM SO LONG TO GET THAT OFF??????

okay if that was a hot woman id be hitting those weights harder to get said hot body of my own!!! hell what woman wouldnt but hell no that was just plain wrong!!! now im seroiusly scarred for life and may even be afraid of getting my own kit off even in the privacy of my own home in case………omg its too scary to contemplate…….!!!!!!!! maybe my weights will comfort me and give me motivation.

or i may have to go join a gym!!!!! and least theyll be serious about building and clothed …….. which could be a shame if they are seroiusly hot.

new schedule is starting ok…getting good vibes. separating lower body was good and seriously looking forward to my next one( god i love these). chest day was ok did go to failure…….but that was to be expexted i suppose lol. tris were practically screaming when i finished, had to go for heat therapy to shut them up. i think theyve forgiven me now ha ha ha.

needing a good stretch so beening given a day to do it will feel good!!!!!! BUGGER NO DEEP TISSUE THERAPY!!!! LOL

new shedule for next 3 wks

well finally got something down on paper that i like the look of.!!!LOL  had started seperating out leg workout but wasnt sure whether to give it a proper shot…. seems to be showing signs sooooo. needed more input into back…… lats are beening bloody stubborn to say the least………(everytime i think of them- i see myself trying to reach round my back to grab and throttle them).LMFAO   weird huh???!!! have decided on stuff for back to separate upper/ middle, still could be to much together but plan on giving it a shot anyway. i know the signs to look for sooo no being stupid and wasting all the effort of the last year or so of rehabing. seening as im still not using my bench for presses, core is coming on well and YES i have even been putting some effort into abs……. think ive found a few thinks that i enjoy but not much!!LOL presses are increasing in weight but it is still sodding well slow going……..gggrrrwwww…… yes i know slow can be good, but it can be frustrating as well…….. at least strength and control is coming along there so something to be focused on!!!!ha ha ha .still like the sets/reps that ive been using so will continue with those……..either 3×10 or 1×10 pyramiding, depending on what im doing/feeling a bit of mix and match. have also decided to keep a log of cals and make up…….. need to hit this on the head now. cant build much if that crap is all over the place!!!!! okay i dont actually eat crap its just i prefer to eat food rather than monitor it!!!!LMFAO   really i should be 6ft 9.5 stone and a goddess……… hey im just a shorter lighter version of that now…….he he he.  

ahhhh a thread i read that only ugly unattractive women are worth anything……..could it be because the men are feeling inferior????? or that they are unable to manage????? not all wmoen are the same( or men ) otherwise men youd be sadly out of luck on most occassions!!!ha ha ha beauty is in the eye of the beholder……

first time for everything

……..this is the first time i can say that i didnt actually want to train…….so i didnt!!!! dont take many days away soooo. work was not a bitch but there are changes afoot there. someone there has always given me their support, even when i was being bolshey!!!!! when i first hurt my shoulder, they was there pushing me to get treatment and discussing all my treatments and rehab…….even down to giving me their icepack and cheaking i was using it at work. they are on tei way to bigger and better things, which they deserve but it will be sad to see them go.

it hasnt helped having an imbacile loitering around in my gym/living room bloody well getting in the way and generally annoying me!!!!!!!*$!"*****!""!!!@@?&q

re thinking!

well as days go …..not one of my best! less said the better……..BUT it did have its highlights, two guys at the end of working day had me LMAO, so much so i had to turn off my mic!!!!LOL  have been training hard, and believe im getting alot out of them( maybe not size but definately strenght ). still making increases in weight lower body is kicking ass but upper body slow on the uptake ( need to take this bitch by the horns and teach it whos boss……..and that would be me !!!!!) have decided to share some of my motivation with the girls from work……….they GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!!!!LOL.  shoulder area is a bit stiff……must remember to stretch it out properly tonight.

have said before that im lazy on the abs so need to get a focus on ????????  have juggled body days around have had no particular idea of where im going with it. plan before was good but need to keep it fresh???? will sit down and go through as free day tomorrow, so time to play. got to get in a kick ass back, as will be able to look like a lobster after sauna…..without worrying about scaring small children and butch men!!!!!LMFAO

weather has improved so prehaps ill go out in shorts and do it that way!!!LOL
