i have a sore butt today!! LOL not quite the way to start off but hell im always straight to the point!!! actually should make that "glutes"…… ha ha ha……kick@ss lower body on thurs still feeling it abit now…… will stretch it out and itll be good. going for back today as had yesterday as a rest day….will push hard to get as much as i can out of it. things are running a bit more smoothly for me but only so far………few days then im outta here……..thou my girl did tell me something that kinda made me smile. house sharing situation is complicated!!!! but appears that they were not in least impressed to find more weights and bars in the house……..possible because he wouldnt be able to lift them if he tried LOL LOL

got my head a bit more together by throwing away more crap……..so theraputic???…..even more so if its not yours LOL. amazing how much crap you keep hold of and dont even remember why you had it. well back to the chore at hand …….rubbish dumping …….. then the bliss and tranquility of hard training!!!! the things you can find enjoyable in pushing yourself so hard you can barely move……..hhhhhmmmm…….LMFAO. i think ill be needing the sauna this week LOL

training is going good and getting to grips with new bars!!! am feeling it on the tris which i havent been able to get that much out of…..so i feel that is definate improvement.LOL  and my physio supplies arrived so that should make it easier to get lats working properly……. still little improvement there!!  would like to get in at least one kick ass back session in a week……. doing two but mostly only getting kickass from lower back!! hell its a area that needed work so no complaints. its just i want it all and i want it now!!!!LOL though on recent pics did get to see some definition so isnt a complete waste.

 

JUST BECAUSE PROGRESS IS SLOW DOESNT MEAN ITS NOT HAPPENING!!!!

BUTTS

training has been good increased weights on leg curls, pyramid upto 45 kgs(not as much as iwant but for today good). hams lower but still increased. squats not really but trying to perfect so i dont end up on my butt( as funny as that would be,LOL). feeling it  and have done extra stuff for knees…..glutes tho not feeling it at all……why is that????? pushing through the heels and engaging through out!!! read a thread before i went out to brave the cold in my shed( 3 layers of clothes…. hell i need somewhere better to put my bench……a few days and ill be outta here and wont be a problem!!)

said thread was skin n bone women……well comment was fitting her intire butt in 1 hand and he had small hands!!!! i train hard to change my body but how do you gauge??? weigh, measure, pics but how do you know your @ss isnt still scrawny???? so for the sake of science i measured my hands(1 hand x7.25 by 7.6 spread = i buttock( almost -there was spillage) this is in the theory that i can use this to gauge!!! you couldnt compare but for the sake of your own self you would know!!! sadly you could still have a scrawny @ss small hands and no way of knowing any different!!!??? LMAO

well…….. training……. have had a good day and increased on weights. deadlfiting has gone up again from stats but not changed it. 10×50kgs (not bad- pretty happy with that for now),calfs are still struggling upped to 50kgs but not enough as can still do 3 sets 10x 50kgs( need to find a way to increase to more - have tried donkey with kids but they are not heavy enough….. ha ha ha ha ), legs curls are good but still not feeling the tear…….. will have to buy heavier weights after the hols.

last time i did that the man in the shop struggled to carry them and asked it i had someone big with me to carry them….. i smiled ever so sweetly picked them up stuck them in the crook of my arm and walked out the shop ( had just left work soooo…… had my high heel stileto boots on……..i would of loved to have seen his face….LOL)

lats are feeling alot stronger and not so tight on the traps…….have increased weights there to. feel that i could go alot heavier but will take it slow. managed to find a couple of other sites, one for theraband (broke the last one and ended up on my butt (should of had video of that very funny). glutes/hams seem to have stalled but that could be because got out of sync due to >>>>>……..??????? .

have to say counting money helps with the forearms, but may need to start working them properly. abs still struggle to find any enjoyment in those, love obliques and core. rotacuffs??? ha ha ha are going ok not as much grinding clicking and cracking> which brings to mind some very funny threads that ive been reading ………. god you men are very funny —-LMFAO

how to start? had someone tell me im taking something to seriously-myself LOL(youd have to drag me kicking an screaming first)LOL. SOOOOO i told someone at work about this…….. after looking at me and giving a look that said "yeah right" ( okkkaayy i was wearing bunny ears at the time but i had just flashed her my legs, dennis the menace socks and boots) LOL. it reassured me that im still me. HELL ive spent the day wearing the ears and watching people trying not to notice them ( have literally spent the day LMFAO) very funny for all. now this may seems ok but i am a cashier in a bank soooo not normally a place where to find humour.LOL im ALWAYS getting told off for laughing(ok it is load and im told the dirrrrtiest laugh that most people have heard) but you get my point!!!!???? ive tried to bring up my kids with this in mind…..most are shocked by this but i find it immensely hilarious when having the 2 of them shout across a fairly crouded pool " oy ginger come on then if you think your hard enough" ( this is usaully follow my my girl shaking her butt at me ……..tho to be fair i do do it to them first.hey dont get me wrong injustice the vunerable and people who are hurting or in need kids the elderly pregant women…..im straight in there if crap happens. i grew up in a crap area with crap happening and now in a crap time again but different kind. the world can be a pretty crap place in general. but i have always found that not taking yourself to seriously can be a great thing in dealing with this. every now and again i do find humour in the most inappropriate times ( yes men some women do laugh at thos times and they are not laughing at you …… you hope!) or as recently when in the hospital my son and i was laughing so much that others started and had no idea why. i got a job offer and some guy had just been told that he needed plastic surgery after severing the tendons in his hand and turned around to thank us for making him laugh. son was highly embarassed needless to say poss not that good for him as he had his appendix out. (HE GOOD NOW — ASKING FOR CASH WHEN COMING OUT FROM ANESTHIEC AND TOLD ME SHUT UP GINGER….. could be because i threatened to wax his eye brows if he didnt come round. HELL even posting pics here has me LMFAO for hours.

sometimes you just need to take time out to get your S**T together. somehow mines still a mess, a bad situation has just gotten worse and to top it all off have had to spend the weekend in hospital with my son(had his appendix removed). soooooooo no training for the last 4 days and stress levels skyhigh!!! still need to take time out but will try and maintain training ….. eating is becoming the hard part ( no control and weight is dropping further than i want it to> as long as it doesnt go down past 112bls its still a positive on my post baby size(even up til 2 yrs ago) never want to only weight 105lbs again…….. EVER. main goal is still to be 130lbs aprox, with the muscle mass to fill it>>>> WONT LET NOBODY GET IN THE WAY OF THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
