scary or not????

i ve been thinking bout this for days. but after reading someone elses blog, decided to post. all my female colleagues are worried that im going to end up some huge muscle bound scary woman( they think im scary anyway). why??? not every woman who lifts gets huge, or for that matter becomes scary!!! what do they see when that look at someone who is huge or just defined? what i see when looking, is to appreciate the beauty (be it male or female of such a body). watching someone with good proportions and muscle is like watching it flow like it has a life of its own( weird but who cares).

personally developing for me is about how it makes me feel, walking and feeling each muscle move, that it flows. someone one described the way i walk as a bounce or another as very hippy. its usually because im aware of what all my muscles are doing.

somehow i think its more that they are not aware that scares them than how i may look. no amount of lifting will make me scary just a whole lot sexier as i be infinately more aware of me!!!!!!

 

nutrition- meals in a day

need to get meal time sored, as to much in the ways of lows. usually it six meals and three snacks averaging every three hours. work colleagues are constantly eatting my food and early evening meals is getting pushed back!!!! (god i love food) the thing with doing this is everyone else catches your energy and gets on your band wagon!! which is great for support as long as they dont eat my food!!!!!! lmao

okay i may not go to a gym but pepole really should know not to mess with your focus!!! grwrrr all set for a increase in pecs and bicep and some idiot had to turn up and ruin it, missed my day which left me grummpy!!! so today is the day! one benefit was left side is still weaker so will have to narrow exercises and stick to ones which will help with stability. cant be lifting uneven weights now can i!!! lol

i was ill over hols, but calories are now back to aprox 2500 average daily intake ( usually without training its 2800 — i have a high matabolisim ). ratio is normally 30 40 30 need to drop fats slightly and bring up the protein. trying to find slower aborbed foods but its hard not much out there for that kind of stuff. i the moment i want to keep total intake where it is and just tweak the ratios.

starting training!!!

first week down and had to increase starting weight as to low!! made all training days and rehab ones. killer glutes train on wed (spent the next day feeling it but smiled the entire day_ good feelin). wont know yet if there may be to much crossover on the lats/triceps and rehab days. ill have to be careful as im supposed to going forwards not backwards. no tightness or pain so looking good. one burn i dont want to feel!!!!
