sooo working hard ( workouts still cardio with no actual cardio exercises LOL. hey if it works!! set plan ( now with a few additions - depending on upper and lower body day ) sticking to 20secs rest between sets and exercises. seems to be working fine as strength is gaining. increases are smalllllll but hey they are there and am able to up the weights!! hehe anyways id rather go small increases and keep them than major and endup f**ked!!!!!
lower body sooooooo leg press hahaha 40/50/60/70kgs(Yah!!!!! hahaha ) reps 12/10/10/8, lower back (machine) 25/30/35kgs reps 12/10/8,leg extentions 25/30/35 kgs reps 12/10/8, leg curls 25/30/35 reps 12/10/8, add and adb (machine) both 25/30/35 kgs and 12/10/8, slightly harder on the spreader ( okay that is actually what it does ) tried the next notch up - to full range - could do it but didnt seem to want to register sooooooo!!
ended up late for work and had to frog march down the road( power walking -1/2 mile-in 4 in heels hehehe)!! and throw in 1hr swim this evening with little B and and feel well and truely worked……..now all i need is a sauna for tight teres and lat on left and ill be one happy bunny!! haha … make that a deep tissue massage hahaha lmao night all X

soooooooooooo…… workouts good, tho nearly got a slap for my workouts being more cardio than usual! hahaha kept my head down ( yes i know innuendo …shush ). increasing still and getting to a better place in body as well as head! ) (interuptions its like being in the gym hahaha)
problems havent died down but are staying out of my way …… at least mostly! getting in most of my stuff, but leg days havent gone so well. will have to get more free weights in instead. anyway todays was the best one by far feel amazing! (again…ill endevour to get this finished before 2010). ill post weights and stuff later. but all is good and getting back to some proper form. even if i did get perved for my entire workout( and i knew that because he told me he was doing it and refused to go to the other side of the gym to do it!!)see that what comes of being ginger with the amazing ability to blush …..and i do mean blush!!
anyways workout …. set plan plus extra , multi gym ( okay cable thing system….. hell it looks like a kiddies play area LOL ) all cuff stuff. low back 20/25/30kgs, low row 25/30/35 (last set to 6 ), pecs thing 10/15/20kgs, lat pulldown 25/30/35 different width grips ), dips machine 25/20/15 last set hard but got it !! go me!!, chin up 15 1set, pull up 25 1set ( narrow grip ), tried wide and just could get it ( bugger !!!) anyways happy with that but cant feel the muscle to squeeze on the pull up. no idea if its moving or not. just get the feels that my bis are doing all the work as i cant feel it squeeze on the back muscle!!! will continue to hit it but no idea how long til i get some head way with it as an exercise. at least looks like another week and ill be body weight!!! ))

soooooo have had to have a chat about probs!!! hahahaha damn!!…. came close to lobbing the weights i was lunging at p/t hahaha, seriously!!! anyway wasnt gona make it easy, and think ive got across my point about not being happy and considering leaving the gym. strangely more checking on set programme (ergh) and a very prolonged conversation on supps!! hahahaha
did get to finish set stuff but no time left to get in my free time! ! and whats more got stuck in the free weights section, every guy in the gym suddenly found a need to be in there….ohhhh the joys of having "pimp my ride" on the tv screen!! hahahaha did find a gap in everyones workouts to slip between them all. )…….. did go throw my girl around the swimming pool during the fun swim >>> really should allow adults on the inflatalbes ( they are sooo cool ).
supposed to be a new class they are doing …"choi-bo" …. giving a taster class so have decided to give it a go and take my boy along too….that’ll pls him hahahaha …not ..lmao

okay so where am i ????? oh i know (just). HUM….mon was good managed my entire workout in a busy gym with out any crap.. ahh despite some silly bint and the whole etiquette thing…. LOL and some male who tho it was a good idea to wear FLIP FLOPS!!! now that made me laugh, especially when one of the two p/ts ( yes both they training and random man from the other day too ….. i think im getting monitored HAHAHA ). anyways needless to say he had to go tho he wasnt happy.. yea yea we all know that squats can be better barefoot but it is a public gym and some other idiot may drop a sodding great weight on you ( espeacially as some give the impression of having some sort of seizure!!!!!! LOL ………… on leaving however did have a comment shouted from the balcony ( man has no idea about some comments not being shouted ) about saunas nakedness and erhm well lets leave that there!! i went home hahahahaha
injection hurt like f**k and spent day almost in tears….. god i hate that but its done now to just need to crack on!!
today not so bad! had to go extra light and keep weight off that side but go thou it all! ( just imagined using a 10kg plate as a frizby on some guys head….. the devil beware LMAO )leg press 50 60 70kgs and calfs raises on it too, curls and ext 25 30 35 kg adb add 25 30 35kgs plus abs weighted and recline bike ( powered for two mins ) then on rather shaky legs left haha! after note now need p/ts to talk to other one> else this is gona get ugly!! frustarted redhead with weights not a good idea to make mad ( espeacially not when depressed )!!

okay butt is nicely sore and had nothing to do with spanking! haha nice tearing down the front of quads to…..legs felt like jelly when time to go so great workout ( even down to a vague feeling of wanting to vomit ) hahaha leg press 40kgs,50,60 so not bad ( did calf raises at the end of each set on the press ) leg curl and extention the same weights and sets 3x 12 10 8 and adduction/ abduction slights less tho next time will use bigger weight it was tooo easy!! and finish x trainer plus of course perset programme.
which brings up …….. sorted!!!!!!!!!!! …….. problem solved, and it wasnt even my doing hahaha but some random guy p/t was training with!! not a huge free weights area, so had a little spot ( good job im bloody small ) by the tri/ chin up /pull up thing ! ( so technical ) anyways heard talking, tried to pretend i wasnt there didnt work ( they were not talking to me ) so comments about weight was to easy for me should go heavier then discussion on shoulder injury then on about i was stronger than i looked and such. general chatting about what id done etc and again about my strength. believe it or not i think they were trying to talk quitely!! i have big ears tho hhehehe. carried on with my stuff then could here timing ( was keeping rests low and it seemed to match theirs )…then form ……. yes i know my form is beautiful hehe okay not the form they was meaning but i didnt realise that it was that unusual to see good form. after all they commented to each other on every lift/exercise i did!
anyway obviously wasnt meant for me to hear but ill take a good compliment where i can and especially when spoken with such respect and acknowledgement! it has sorted what the f**k has been going on anyhow …

sooooo workout was great shoulder held up (mostly) tho did trip out a couple of times urgh!!!!!! nowhere near as bad as giving birth to smothing the size of a bowling ball and not even touching previous pain,,,,,,,, but hell its a bitch when it seems to suddenly belong to someone else and you can feel the ripping and slipping of it!!! anyways got through all of strengthing workout and allowed to hit the rest hahaha !! couldnt remember if i decided upper or lower so hit upper.
not bad 3×12,10,8 with weights of 20kgs 25kgs 30kgs ….pretty damn good all in all. lats pulldown, low row, pecs… less weight here ( tho did get quite shoulder rub …… no wait that was him warming his hands on my shoulders hehe ..bad boy ) abs and quick blast on the arm bike thing ??? hey if it helps!! so total 1 hr would of got better but didnt help with intial 15 min conversation when started workout. shoulder definition sems to start the weirest of chats hahaha but no lmao so no extra pain note to self less time for rests!!
now off to try and get sorted for injection !!!!

soooooooooooo…….. workout tuesday went good ( not great spent the time trying to maintain a low profile - rather hard when youre a redhead but hey gotta try!!! ). got in some great deadlifts tho rather hard to be inconspicuous when youre me! poor 6ft5in bloke working out near me seemed to be keeping an eye on me ( possibly in case of injury - but think it was orginally " hell … someone get the small skinny bird away from them big @ssed weights - shell kill herself "!!!!!!!!!! also ended up with some guy on the cables looking like hed been strung up! he definately was having a hard time trying to keep he gob shut, i actually stared back at him… it took him a minute to realise then tried to make out he hadnt been doing it!! BERK!! P/T ( one from the previous ) started about my lifts…. wasnt about to make it easy for him sooooo. in the end told himn not previous gym all my own bloody sodding effort ( just gave me some tips to make them more effective )!!!
today …erhm …. now been given FREERANGE IN THE GYM !!!!! GO ME !! have been given some stuff to do every other day and should take me about half an hour. aside from that i can hit what the hell i like!!!! sooooooooooo still left with ????’s what the hell do i do when the threee of them start?? what do i do when everyone wants an input ?? ( after all i might get the one full of s**t ) and how do i tell if they are trying to play me when they come out with " great defintion you have " ( okay that one i know, tho considering my size always supprises others ..hehehe ) " good strenght and form ( no actually i think i know that one too ) and " great progress, effort , or anything else they come out with ??? " that ALWAYS confuses me!!!

well this week has been okayish … have done my three days only. first two got in almost all of workout in the time i had ( get in almost as soon as gym opens- workout - then straight to work ….its hard ) . tues ended up have some bloke checking /staring at my bum! of course i could see him i was bent over setting up for my bloody deadlift and i was facing a bloody great mirror…. he on the other hand had my ass in the way so was unable to see himself in the mirror! even waited to see how long he was gona do it for …. i went back to lift before he bloody stopped!!! ( still managed to do 50kgs plus the bar —– sorry so not gona lift little biddy weights if i can go heavy ).
any way kept getting the same thing through workout ( usually good at ducking / ignoring that when focused but had that p/t keep bloody talking to me while doing my sets )..anyways at least he looked as tho he was having a hard time with his own focus after that!!! heheheehe fri was a complete bloody washout, now left confused annoyed and seriously have lost the will to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf is it with persoanl trainers …are they all f**king nutters? / or have i come across ( yes i know double innuendo ) three of them all working in the same gym????
did get to workout but it was NOT good, having two of them there ( okay they did have me lmfao -and nearly spitting my water all over the gaff ) but couldnt get a proper set in as the two of them were going off about what id been given and arguing over giving me other stuff. then arguing over what the two of the were saying!!!! so am supposed to be bkd back in wed to do another programme setting!! spent the time lmao ( yes i know good for the abs but still - wanted to leave and be barely able to walk NOT WONDERING WTF ID DONE WITH MY MORNING!! instead i feel like id been fought over by dogs and a bloody bone. WTF is everyone suddenly wanting an input in my training / or what ?? happy with input- but not like this! so question is are they just not liking this guy??? or have the two of them decided that they are better at helping me get my mass???? anyways gona go against what i said and train at home for the next few days, and hit it real hard, itll give me time to decide wtf to do about them or at least deal with them.

okay have had a very productive morning hehehe!! …..and it wasnt all spent training ( some of it was LMAO )!! early mornings are hard but i will forbear. okay 7.30 for setting of now tailored programme for me ( yea go me !! ). off to drop off girl then back in to test techniques. ( plus was, i didnt fall on my face and techniques were great hehe —- now beening taken seriously instead of full of shit!! ). also got collared by p/t ernie…… my own fault for watching him train! so he had me trying what he was doing ( tho had no chance of lifting my weight up it was sooooooo nice to feel the stretch in my lats >>>hhuunnHH …shear bliss …hhhhmmmm. so major discussion on what ive done before ( school and the like hehehe and ended up telling him about other stuff going on and why NO MORE TREATMENT OTHER THAN INJECTIONS AND SAUNA!!! he also had me streching as well hahaha!!
sooo finally got in my workout still missed a couple of bits because of some berk who hassled me about his banking the other week in the sauna ( nearly told him to " f*ck right off … cant you see im in a bikini in a sauna not f* cking dressed to work in a bank" !!! ….. didnt ) so still had a good one …. not great and ready to puke LOL but vvverrryyy nicely worked!
another plus got my "informal mediation agreement" in regards my very ex relationship! cant wait to get out, hassled again this week for training monday morning ( he actually rang round to find me and nearly tried the childminder ) and also this morning!!! what is with the man ???? ………… two more weeks then house hunting again and then IM OUTTA THERE !!!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAA

sooooo ….. had my fitness test today ( think one of the pt’s had me bk it early LOL ). well seems im actually fit for an old girl LMAO!!!!! well at least for my "age bracket"!!!! guy said it was good, sooooo im assuming that it means its good.
had a chat with him about hard gainers etc, ( think like most he thought i was full of shit ) but after we got talking squats and weights, think hes now prepared to give me the benefit of the doubt!! hahaha so am bked back in with him on wed for another look at programmes ( hes given me a workout to have a look at so that if im up for it maybe changing it was a more mass focused programme.
itll mean cutting down on sessions but having them more intensive!!!! cutting im sad about ( stress levels will hit the roof and possibly shoot straight through it hahha!! ( seriously ) i do love my training, gives me so much more than just the fitness and small gains ive made. if im gona get more mass need to find what will work, and never tried full body workouts so will give the input it needs and hit it with the absolute belief that this is right for me. :/
anyway off to look at another profile on here, she seems to have been doing this but with more cardio sooo…… ttyl
