2 steps back
This last week, I pretty much fell off the Wagon. I donated blood on Sunday, which pretty much sapped a lot of energy. I maintained my diet until Wednesday, but thats when my diet wavered.
I returned to the gym on Wednesday, and Thursday for Legs and then chest/tris. I got derailed on Friday with my time of the month. I expected it, but thought I would still go to the gym however my will power that day did not suceed as I had thought it would.
Being emotional as well, I ate too much and now feel as if I have taken 2 steps back.
My plan is to redo this week in my body minder, work out tracker book. I wil just have to work even harder now to reach my goal in the timeframe.
I will not be posting progress pic or stats this week, next week I will hopefully be back on track.
A good start
Ok, I've offically been consistently working out and monitoring my diet relatively well for 4 weeks now, ever since I got my bodyminder, diet and exercise journal.
I started out at 174, now I'm at 165. I went to subway today to get a meatball sub, not all that carb conscious! But what really motivated and excited me was that the subway lady, who has seen me before, asked if I had lost weight. She said I looked different and I looked like I lost weight.
That moment made me realize that I was definately on the right track.
Rest day today, planning to go back to Cardio tomorrow!
