Week 1

Made it through my first 5 days of consecutive training.  I can already see a nice response from my muscle memory, and am excited to get back to lifting.  The diet has been challenging.  I have become quite fond of egg whites, avocado, spinach, and blueberries.  I have completely opted out of protein shakes, and am trying to use as much "real" food as possible.  Today I am going to hit my triceps KILLER.

    Sounds like a good week to me! I completely obliterated my Triceps today! I try to keep the protein shakes to a minimum myself, but sometimes those busy work days force you to change it around. Keep up the great work! I love muscle memory!!! HAHA
