			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>today i had an awesome shoulder and arm workout, its the most intense i have ever trained but i am on a mission in 09 to become the absolute best and become a beast by the end of the year. after my workout today i opened the package that held the anabolic halo, i took it and it left a cold chill down my throat for about 5 mins if felt good but pretty different i also stacked regular whey protein with that which has had an amazing effect on my body, im looking forward to seeing results in about a month, got to look good for prom. thanks for reading, peace</p>
