					<description>If you are looking to gain mass I would limit my cardio to 30-45 minutes per session.  Cardo is good for the heart and endurance but too much will take away from your muscular gains.</description>

					<description>Its over rated. Per serving it is under dosed and has too much caffeine. Most people you talk to are using 2-3 scoops per workout. Why bother paying for 30 &amp;amp;#34;servings&amp;amp;#34; if you'll only get 10-15 workouts from it? If you still want a comparable formulation, check out MyoGenix HyperShock. Very similar, but doesn't have so much sodium bicarbonate (what makes NO Xplode ridiculously fizzy), and uses kre-alkalyn. Tastes better, too.

That's just my opinion, though. I've tried a lot of products and just don't believe its the best one out there for performance or value.</description>

i'm only 23 and i recently decided to get competitive, so you definitely have that leg up on me for sure. i've always worked out for specific sports, but the dedication that is required to truly transform your temple (body) is dedication that few have the balls to make.
