i would just like to take a moment to explain to you about myself, i am 16 yrs old, i play football for south beauregard. I have been lifting since i was 14 yrs old, i often get told that i havent changed or progressed since i have been lifting, well all of those unbelievers can suck it. i have came a long way since i started and i am proud of my individual progress even if i dont have any support i believe in myself and to me thats all that matters, but on the other hand there are people on this site that encourage me and inspire me to keep lifting and keep facing new challenges with my training and deeply appreciate yalls support. my new years resolution is to definately buckle down and start gaining more weight and to have excellent endurance because i am going into my senior year for football and i want to be prepared for what the season has to offer. i would like to end this by saying thanks to all that has been there for me and please keep cheering me on

im about to start making a drastic change with my supplements, im about to start taking no explode. i need that extra kick and boost to my workout. i took it once with my brother and it definately gave me the will power.

im gettin tierd of this hurricane crap, this will be our second straight hurricane in a row to hit here in louisiana, we are getting the east side of the storm which is not good for ous, but hopefully it wont do much damage to my home. it is gonna make land fall around 2 in the morning.

wow i finally found a hotel in texarkana after a long drive and being told were booked by so many hotels. i was suppose to have a football game next thursday but i dont see that happening lol, gustav is heading right where i live in louisiana. so im plannin on stayin a few days in texarkana

practice was great today, we went over new offensive plays and new defensive assignments. the only down fall about practice is i have to wake up at 5:30 a.m., but the great part is hitting the upcoming freshman lmao.i have been training all summer for this season, im really looking forward to having a successful season this year. i also know that this year is my junior year and it is gonna go by so fast.

starting monday, im focusing back on strength instead of cardio, football practice starts aug 4th, i think im ready metally and physically ready for the upcoming season because i definately busted my ass all summer working out in the heat getting in shape, im definately impressed with my success this summer and im looking forward to keep hitting the weights hard throughout the new school year

i didnt get a chance to workout today because i was away from home and honestly i feel like total crap, as soon as i get home i have a chest workout i am dyin to do. when i dont workout i dont feel the same as i do after a hard intense workout, im not going to make a habit from being away from the weights because it is definately a addiction lol

i have been told that i have a great body and i should be on the cover of a fitness magazine one day, ive also been told that i look great for 16 yrs old. im definately considering fitness modeling as of next summer and see if i have any pprogress there
