Any suggestions
If you have been reading my blog you have probaly seen that im open to any advice because i am very new to bodybuilding, but one thing i am very concerned about is cardio i was wondering what works the best, i was wondering if it is running, jump roping or just anything. please let me know because it would be definately appreciated

If you are looking to gain mass I would limit my cardio to 30-45 minutes per session. Cardo is good for the heart and endurance but too much will take away from your muscular gains.
