i would just like to take a moment to explain to you about myself, i am 16 yrs old, i play football for south beauregard. I have been lifting since i was 14 yrs old, i often get told that i havent changed or progressed since i have been lifting, well all of those unbelievers can suck it. i have came a long way since i started and i am proud of my individual progress even if i dont have any support i believe in myself and to me thats all that matters, but on the other hand there are people on this site that encourage me and inspire me to keep lifting and keep facing new challenges with my training and deeply appreciate yalls support. my new years resolution is to definately buckle down and start gaining more weight and to have excellent endurance because i am going into my senior year for football and i want to be prepared for what the season has to offer. i would like to end this by saying thanks to all that has been there for me and please keep cheering me on
