Just went ’til I could do no more.
Treadmill, 10.5/10min 4.5mi/hr, 10.2/19min 4.2mi/hr, 15/1min /6mi/hr
Squats 5×235, 6×225, 5×225,
lunges 12×135
preacher curl 10×95
cable tricep ext, 8×150
no change
Treadmil 10% 4mi/hr 30 min
squats 12×45, 8×135, 225×10, 225×5 225×6
lunges 45×16, 135×16, 135×12, 135×12
Stuck at 205×4 bench
So I did alot of different angles for bench, and didn’t do tri’s (will do them on thurs.)
Hope my chest will be sore for a couple of days.
