Chest, tris, delts
Can’t get past 205×3 on my bench! I thought I had gone up to 205 for 7 reps about a month ago, but maybe it was 195. I’m not sure anymore. Today my chest etc. are sore from my workout last night. I finished my workout trying to do pushups… I could only do 6, and I’ve been consuming alot of pro powder. Hopefully next week I can do 4reps.
