Worked on the elliptical trainer (the treadmills were busy) for 4mi at a resistance of 10, 30 min. Didn’t get my hr above 165.
Squats 10×205, 7×205, 6×205
Lunges 18×115, 14×115, 12×115,
Leg curls 10×110, 10×110
