Chest, tris, delts

Can’t get past 205×3 on my bench! I thought I had gone up to 205 for 7 reps about a month ago, but maybe it was 195. I’m not sure anymore.  Today my chest etc. are sore from my workout last night. I finished my workout trying to do pushups… I could only do 6, and I’ve been consuming alot of pro powder.  Hopefully next week I can do 4reps.

Treadmill, 7min 5mi/hr, 0%, 8min 4-5mi/hr, 10%, 20min 3.5-6mi/hr 15% grade. (2.5mi total) weak night.

Squats, barx12, 135×8, 225×6, 205×7, 185×8, 185×7, 185×5. Good Night. Best so far.

Lunges, barx16, 115×16, 115×12, 115×12. Had to get to a freinds house.

Worked on the elliptical trainer (the treadmills were busy) for 4mi at a resistance of 10, 30 min. Didn’t get my hr above 165.
