Chest and Tri’s
Thursday, November 29th, 2007Crappy workout tonight.
On my bench I’m trying to get to 4×45 plates. About 2 weeks ago I was up to 2×45 + 2×35 for 7 reps, last week was down to 3 reps, this week 2 reps.
Also, I normally do dumbell overhead presses with 65’s. This week I stuck with 45’s just to be safe, and didn’t want to try to get up the 65’s and fail. It wasn’t in me.
I did push my triceps hard. They hurt right now. Which is nice.
I can’t wait til I get through this low point. Maybe next week.
