Monday, April 21st, 2008im currently signed up to do 4 events in the florida firefighter olympics…….
-4/26 pullup contest
- 4/27 2 mile cycling time trial
-5/2 5k running race, 10k running race
my training has been slack for cycling and running due to knee injury but im hoping to still pull off decent times. Im also currently building muscle which means my weight is higher then id like for racing but ill deal with it.
