2008 Tour De Cure

roadbike trainer
Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008baught a trainer for my roadbike last night, rode 26 miles on it today…..felt great, this will be a HUGE asset toward my 77mile tour de cure ride and toward my recomp contest!
2008 recomp contest
Monday, January 21st, 2008well ive decided to enter myself in the 2008 6 month recomp contest…should be fun! starts jan 31st and ends july 31st so ill be having to post up alot of pics between that time period, ive also began my log for it in the workout journals section. ill be updating my "road to glory" log regularly as usual, but will also be updating this log with it, it is titled: punksurfer’s 2008 recomp log……look it up and get in and show some support.
