I actually got up early enough to make it to the gym in time to get some weights in. Not as much as I should but it’s better than nothing. I missed doing weights.  

protein shake

leg press 1×10x50, 3×10x70

pec deck 1×10x20, 3×10x30               

reverse flyes 1×10x20, 1×10x30, 2×10x20

30 min run

m1: protein shake

m2: coffee, creamer, lf yogurt
