Today got off to a rough start, got to the gym a little late, my mp3 player was dead so I had to use my phone which doesn’t have a clip, took 3 different treadmills to find one that worked right and then while I was running I hit my headphone cord and my phone went flying onto the floor. Weird morning, but besides that I got in a good workout.

m2: protein shake w/milk, banana, phyto foods
m3: spinach, grilled chicken, feta cheese salad w/light italian
m4: lf cc, pineapple
m5: leftovers, elbow mac, pasta sauce, turkey sausage, parmesan and salad w/ranch.
m6: 4 chocolate chip cookies
