3.3.08 good start to the week
Monday, March 3rd, 2008This weekend I had a much needed weekend of rest. Somehow last week I got exhausted really quick and needed some major rest. So I didn’t workout from Thursday through Sunday. I didn’t run or anything. I just did some things around the house and we did some shopping. Sunday I slept alot, but I feel much better now. I’m glad I listened to my body. Even though we had a late night last night I was still able to get up this morning and do my intervals. I think it was because I slept so much. I didn’t eat so great this weekend though, but I’m starting fresh today.

30 min intervals 300.6 cal/ 2.2something miles
2 cytolean before run
m1: multigrain cheerios, skim milk, san T3
m2: TLC granola bar, potassium
