lifted chest/bi’s/shoulders last night. Kind of an off night in the weight department. Did my best to lift heavy but I was struggling. I actually look forward to just doing cardio tonight.

cable curls various reps at 10 lbs. the cables are shitty at this gym and they kept getting caught up. so I gave up after so much struggle.

I was so over weights so I went and did my thing on the stairmaster
