So far so good this week. Totally kick ass workout. I’m exhausted already and the week has just begun.
5 min warm up
lateral raise 3×12x10
super set of flyes and db press 3×12x10
super set of curls and hammer curls 3×12x10
super set of overhead press and arnold press 3×12x10
super set of closed squats, open squats, plie squats 3×12x10
those 10lbs totally kicked my butt, I was struggling with the last reps of the last sets, I’m happy about this because I pushed myself
Then I ran intervals: extremely hard too, the incline just kills me, I really need to work on incline running. I’m fine with a jog on incline but sprints are too hard by the time the first 10 min was over I kept having to drop the incline to 0 just to get through the sprints.
