m1: honey wheat bagel, I can’t believe it’s not butter light, OJ, san T3, L-glutamine

m2: 1/2 apple, potassium

m3: italian chicken, veggies and rice, san T3, L-glutamine

m4: odwalla bar, potassium

m5: pot roast, potatoes, carrots, onion, WPI shake, xtend

Woke up late this morning again, I just couldn’t open my eyes. But I worked out at night. Had a good run but not so good weights, I was completely exhausted this time, so no running before arms. Then when I was doing overhead press my traps were cramping so I just gave up and went and ate dinner.

Took more sp250 before I ran and that was great again.

HIIT:

400 cal/ 37.28 min/ 3.003 miles/ max 7

Then I did 2 set of 12 reps with 10lbs of the following before I gave up:

rows ~ back flyes ~ kickbacks

Then I did:

overhead press 10×12, 10×8

front raise 10×12
