Didn’t workout Tuesday night, my husbands parents ended up coming over to help him bleed the brakes in his truck so we rushed to eat dinner and then I sat and chatted with my mother in law. But I ended up kicking my booty last night.
First I lifted and then I did intervals.
I did a circut of the following moves:
