Had a good workout last night. Tonight will be cardio because I didn’t get up in time this morning. I feel better about that now though because I know I’ll be able to do it tonight.
last night’s workout consisted of:
5 min warm up
flyes & db press 7.5×15x3
curls & hammer curls 7.5×15x3 until fatigue
overhead press & lateral raises 7.5×8x3 I was so exhausted by this point I could only do 8 to fatigue
I think next time I’ll try more of a circuit with every move, see if that makes it better.
