I’m very proud of myself, I seem to be on a roll with working out and working out hard. I will take full advantage of this 4 day weekend and not miss a day.
front lunges & closed leg squats 3×12
back lunges & open leg squats 3×12
plie squats & calf raises 3×12
ran a 12 min mile and then did intervals
208 cal/ 20 min/ 1.578 miles
