My cold got worse over the weekend and I couldn’t do anything. I didn’t even clean my house I was so sick. Today was the first day that I woke up feeling decent so I ran. My chest hurt so bad though afterwards. But I feel better now.

Ugh, I didn’t work out yesterday. I woke up with a sore throat and that made it difficult to get up early. I planned all day on running at night and was totally set up for it, until Joe pretty much didn’t let me. I knew never to try anything at night it just never works out, unless Joe is outside and busy. Oh well, I made up for it today by doing weights and the cardio I was supposed to do yesterday.
