#3 incline is hard

3 incline is hard
So on Saturdays I’m trying a new program on the treadmill. It’s pretty much the same as what I do in the week speed wise but it’s on incline 3 the whole time and 10 min longer. That 3 incline ruins everything for me. By the time 15 min has passed I’m completely worn out. So then I have to walk the rest. Today I could only do 30 min. But that’s ok because I still burned more calories then during the week.

I know this is completely disgusting but lately after I run I have to go straight to the toilet. Is there some sort of chemical that gets released that works as a laxative or something? Maybe it’s just my body getting rid of all those toxins. Either way it’s annoying especially if I need to do a weight training session after my run like today.

Didn’t run so much because of a side pain. Don’t know what’s up with that?

Just because I haven’t been blogging doesn’t mean I haven’t been working out. Saturday I ran my ass off, it was awesome, burned around 400 calories. But then that night I got so drunk I swear I’m never drinking again, even though I probably will again but now I have 3 drink limit, seriously. Jager bombs, shots of Jager and shots of Ice 101 and something else that I won’t mention are not a good combo. I was completely out of control and so sick, so embarrassing. So my whole run was a big fat waste.  I’m pretty angry with myself about that night. Anyways….

Then I didn’t run all week until today. Blogging is getting annoying but I have only 5 weeks left until this 12 weeks is over. With a week like this one my progress will be slowed but I’m back on track now and I’m totally focused on my health not partying. I’m over it.
