#3 incline is hard

So on Saturdays I’m trying a new program on the treadmill. It’s pretty much the same as what I do in the week speed wise but it’s on incline 3 the whole time and 10 min longer. That 3 incline ruins everything for me. By the time 15 min has passed I’m completely worn out. So then I have to walk the rest. Today I could only do 30 min. But that’s ok because I still burned more calories then during the week.

Is there some sort of chemical that gets released that works as a laxative or something? Maybe it’s just my body getting rid of all those toxins. Either way it’s annoying especially if I need to do a weight training session after my run like today. 



I’m pretty angry with myself about that night. Anyways….
