keeping on track
This last weekend I ate like crap and didn’t exercise and on top of that went to the Portland Beerfest and had some strong ass beer. But that’s not going to stop me to getting right back on track and doing what I’m supposed to do. But I did have fun!
Last night I walked/ran for 30 min a little over 2 miles and burned 239 cal.
This morning I did a full body routine.
5 min warmup on treadmill
db high pull 3×12x7.5
db jump squat 3×12x7.5
db jumping lunge3×12x7.5
db shoulder press 3×12x7.5
db lateral raise with stability ball support 3×12x7.5
