Sunday we went to Joe’s big tent sale and I got some new wo clothes. Everything matches, I’m so excited.

Yesterday I didn’t blog because I didn’t do anything and I ate like poo, well not really that bad, just didn’t eat enough. I was just completely out of it all day.

Anyways, I woke up today awake and with a better attitude. Today was full body work day. I did the beginner level because I wasn’t sure how sore I would be the next day. If I’m not that sore I’ll take it up a notch next time.

5 min warmup on treadmill

dumbbell high pull 2×12x7.5

db jump squat 2×12x7.5

db jumping lunge 2×12 ea leg x7.5

db shoulder press 2×12x7.5

db lateral raise w/ stability ball 2×12x7.5

push ups on toes 6

crunches 25

reverse crunches 25

recommended stretching

xtend/wpi shake pre/during/post wo

m1: oatmeal, strawberries, sugar (someone threw out the splenda at work)

m2: banana

m3: chicken, pistachio delight

m4: applesauce
