m1: grape WPI and grape xtend (so disgusting, but I finished it while I worked out), 2 slices ezekiel toast, natural pb on the way to work
m2: banana
m3: turkey and lf swiss and mustard on wheatm, reasonable slice of cake for my upcoming b-day
