Today was lower body day. Man did I sweat, what a great workout.

squats 2×25x33.5

lunges 2×24x5 each hand

step ups 2×30x5 each hand

kickbacks 2×25 each leg x resistance band

plie squats 2×25x10

crunches 2×25

reverse crunches 2×25

bicycles 2×50

v-ups 2×16

m1: grape WPI and grape xtend (so disgusting, but I finished it while I worked out), 2 slices ezekiel toast, natural pb on the way to work

m2: banana

m3: turkey and lf swiss and mustard on wheatm, reasonable slice of cake for my upcoming b-day

m4: pear
