Went for an 18 min run this morning. Was a little better than it has been lately. Could’ve gone longer but was already back home.
m1: raisin bran crunch, skim milk
m2: coffee, banana
m3: chicken, rice
m4: white nectarine, carrots
m5: multi-grain wheat thins, dark chocolate cookies ( I was on a carb binge)
m6: parchment baked cod and veggies, rice
