upper body day
Today I had to go to a seminar on customer service and at first I was dreading it and then it turned out to be kind of fun and a nice change from the same day to day.
This morning was upper body day and though I completely forgot about my back I got a good workout in. I’m doing high reps with low weight, this really got the sweat pumping.
lateral raise 2×25x5
arnold press 1×25x7.5 1×15x5
curls 1×25x7.5 1×25x5
hammer curls 25×7.5
kickbacks 25×7.5
over head ext. 25×7.5
flyes 25×7.5
db press 16×10
crunches 25
reverse crunches 25
bicycles 50
v-ups 15
do all these one time around and then another but my time got cut short so I only got the first 3 done twice. The goal is to aim for 3-4 times around, this is something I can work towards.
m1: 2 egg white, dry ezekiel toast, vitamin water
m2: sugar free red bull, banana
m3: turkey and lf swiss on wheat w/mustard, baby carrots, vitamin water
m4: pria bar
m5: spinach/shrimp dip with about 6 ritz, bowl of maple/brown sugar mini wheats and skim milk
m6: bratwurst, bun, mayo, ketchup, beans (horrible dinner)
