Today I went for a 3.13 mile run outside. Once I got to the halfway mark, which is where I turn around, I started sprinting. I would sprint and tire myself out and then I would walk a little catch my breath and do it again. I did this about 4 or 5 times until I just jogged home. By that time the sun was beating on my forhead and my mouth was bone dry, just like the time I got severly dehydrated so I took it easy and went home. That was a good run.

| MORE RUNNING |
| Today I went for another 2 mile jog. I walked alot less then last time so that made me happy. The only reason I had to walk at all was because I got a side pain, why does this only happen sometimes?

| I was run_ning….. |
| Boy do I love my new treadmill. Went for a 2 mile run this morning on an empty stomach. Much easier to run on the treadmill early in the morning then outside. Outside I’ll leave for the weekends.
Well that’s pretty much it, besides the fact that I’m having a shitty day at work and my boss actually made me contimplate quitting. Though I never really would, the money and benefits are WAY too good. But he is the biggest moron I’ve ever met in my life and he acts like a child to make things worse. Why does this shit happen right before review time anyways!!!??? Well hopefully he’ll forget by then, like he forgets everything else around here. I guess it’s my job now to play dumb and be as sweet as possible, sometimes money is worth more than my pride, lol, yeah right. Really though I deserve a raise. If not just for my work but for dealing with his lame ass, being his memory for him, being the logical part of his brain for him and pretty much covering his ass all together and guess what there’s a manager above me that deals with even more of this shit from the owner. We’re both about to lose our minds.

My mommy bought me a treadmill for my b-day! I went for a quick run on it yesterday to test it out and it was great. After many an argument with the hubby we finally got our tiny little livingroom rearranged to fit it. Now I don’t have to run in the dark or rain.
Ran saturday too, about 30 mins. That was outside though with the hubby.I was on vacation all last week and didn’t workout until Saturday. If I don’t have a schedule or regimen I’m totally screwed. We slept in everyday and that just totally through me for a loop. Even today I was supposed to get up and run this morning but since we went to bed so late last night I just couldn’t get up. Ah, back to the grind. We plan on maybe running tonight so we’ll see.

Went for an 18 min run this morning. Was a little better than it has been lately. Could’ve gone longer but was already back home.

ok so all day today my belly has been so bloated, I feel huge and I weighed myself this morning and I’ve put on 2 lbs since I last weighed in. Not sure what’s up with that, I’m eatting better again and working out more again and I feel bigger. Well I’ll just give it some time. I know it will work itself out. But I had to blog about why my weight chart went up.

Today I had to go to a seminar on customer service and at first I was dreading it and then it turned out to be kind of fun and a nice change from the same day to day.
This morning was upper body day and though I completely forgot about my back I got a good workout in. I’m doing high reps with low weight, this really got the sweat pumping.
lateral raise 2×25x5
arnold press 1×25x7.5 1×15x5
curls 1×25x7.5 1×25x5
hammer curls 25×7.5
kickbacks 25×7.5
over head ext. 25×7.5
flyes 25×7.5
db press 16×10
crunches 25
reverse crunches 25
bicycles 50
v-ups 15
do all these one time around and then another but my time got cut short so I only got the first 3 done twice. The goal is to aim for 3-4 times around, this is something I can work towards.
m1: 2 egg white, dry ezekiel toast, vitamin water
m2: sugar free red bull, banana
m3: turkey and lf swiss on wheat w/mustard, baby carrots, vitamin water
m4: pria bar
m5: spinach/shrimp dip with about 6 ritz, bowl of maple/brown sugar mini wheats and skim milk

My blogs might get even more boring now because I’ve decided to start journaling my food again. It’s so much easier to hold yourself accountable when you’re writing down what you eat. The hubby and I were complete pigs this weekend and we’ve both just had enough. So I planned all of our dinners out for this week and we went grocery shopping last night and half of my list was veggies, a ton and ton of veggies. I just found out that Tosca Reno is coming out with an eat clean cook book this fall, I can’t wait. Over the past few months I haven’t really been eatting that terribly, it’s just those occasions where I tend to go overboard, normally the weekends, when I actually have time to eat and enjoy my food. Let’s also say "thank God, Sonic is all the way out in Hillsboro" lol.
So I woke up late today, very odd considering all last week I was completely on top of getting up. Something about mondays though. Tomorrow will be a different story though, because it will be upper body day for me. Oh and I should blog that Joe and I went for a nice run yesterday, very very proud of him and I for getting out there together.
