kick butt
I totally kicked butt this morning I got my ass up out of bed and actaully worked out. Oh, how I missed the burn, the intensity, the feeling of accomplishment and flexing my quads always makes me feel good, lol. So today I did lower body. squats 3×15x33.5 lunges 1×15 per leg step ups 3×20x5 per hand kick backs 3×15 plie squats 2×15x5 crunches 30 then I ran out of time I started off light becuase I haven’t done anything in a while. So we’ll see if I’m sore tomorrow.
