3-30-07 arms forgot to post that day
Monday, April 2nd, 2007Had a great arm wo today. Worked on biceps alot. Couldn’t do cardio do to the legs still being sore but since I went to bed at 7:30 last night they feel much better. I can walk a little easier today. On my next leg day I plan to only do 3 sets of 15 not 4. So here’s what I did this morning.
ARMS:
standing db curls
3×15x10
preacher curls
3×15x7.5
hammer curls
3×15x7.5
kickbacks
3×15x7.5
skull crushers
3×15x7.5
dips!
3×10
v-ups
3×15
sit up stretches
10
then I did some much needed stretching.
I’m tired of writing down what I eat everyday so I’m just going to only track my training from now on.
