Today was arms but since I missed my back wo earlier in the week I decided to super set some moves. Was very quick and affective and now I don’t feel like a total loser for skipping that wo.

db curls *superset* bent over bb row

4×15x7.5                4×12x33.5

hammer curls *superset* 1 arm db row

3×15x10                  Â
 Â Â Â Â Â Â  3×12x10

kickbacks *superset* db shurgs

4×15x7.5                  
  4×15x7.5

then start it up cardio
