it’s been a while
What a weird and crappy week it’s been. I don’t know what happened to me but I think I was burnt out. I didn’t exercise or eat right until today. Ugh, I don’t want to get into it but I lost control for a week. The cut diet was way too much for me to handle so I’m going back to what was working, good clean eatting. It was less stressful and I got to enjoy food, in general. But I’m back on track and the hubby is finally joining me. He’s even running with me now! 
So moving on from the fact that I was a lazy bum this week, lets look at what I did today.
bicep curls

dips
3×10
v-ups
3×15
then I did the full slim in 6 start it up, which includes cardio, lunges, squats and abs.
aw, I feel alive again!
