arms/back

Today was arms but since I missed my back wo earlier in the week I decided to super set some moves. Was very quick and affective and now I don’t feel like a total loser for skipping that wo.

I went for a run, even though my legs were extremely sore from Friday’s wo. I still went and was even more sore later that day. But I’m glad I went.

it’s been a while

What a weird and crappy week it’s been. I don’t know what happened to me but I think I was burnt out. I didn’t exercise or eat right until today. Ugh, I don’t want to get into it but I lost control for a week. The cut diet was way too much for me to handle so I’m going back to what was working, good clean eatting. It was less stressful and I got to enjoy food, in general. But I’m back on track and the hubby is finally joining me. He’s even running with me now!  So moving on from the fact that I was a lazy bum this week, lets look at what I did today.

bicep curls

4×15x10

dips

3×10

v-ups

3×15

then I did the full slim in 6 start it up, which includes cardio, lunges, squats and abs.

aw, I feel alive again!

shoulders and run

Friday, April 13th, 2007

Shoulders so far, just waiting for the rain to die down before I run. I was freaking 80 degrees and sunny yesterday and now the day I want to run, I wake up to rain and 60 degrees, damnit!

short and sweet

had a quick run with the hubby, his first time out in a couple of years so we took it easy, plus we had to stop under a shelter and wait for the rain storm to go by, it was fun though. we went half of my normal distance.

Another fine day of working out. Didn’t get any cardio in but tomorrow is a cardio only day so…  Here’s what I did.

Today was legs day, obviously. Here’s how it went. I only did 3 sets this time, hopefully I won’t be as sore as I was last week. (could barely walk)

Saturday - Monday

Monday, April 2nd, 2007

Saturday and Monday
Current mood: awake

 

Saturday I went for my run, it was sad you could tell I hadn’t done any cardio for a week and I didn’t eat properly before the run. But I got through it and my new shoes were cool.

Sunday the most active thing I did was wash my car. And now that it runs again I like it again.

Today has been a very active day for me so far. I got up at 4:35am! Joe woke me up and my alarm was set to go off at 4:45 anyways so I just got up. Very unlike me, . So I had so much time to wo and eat and everything, it was soooo nice not to have to rush like usual. I was able to weight train, do cardio and 15 min of stretching!!! Then I still had 30 min to eat breakfast. This was like a whole new thing for me and I liked it. Sleep shmeep. beh

Anyways here’s what I did.

Chest:

db press

4×15x12.5 each hand

db flyes

4×15x7.5 each hand

push ups

15

crunches

4 sets of as many as I could do in 30 sec. which averaged 20

reverse crunches

same deal as above

Then I did a little over 20 mins of ramp it up

Then 15 min of stretching

how lovely…
