Saturday and Monday

Saturday I went for my run, it was sad you could tell I hadn’t done any cardio for a week and I didn’t eat properly before the run. But I got through it and my new shoes were cool.
Sunday the most active thing I did was wash my car. And now that it runs again I like it again.
Today has been a very active day for me so far. I got up at 4:35am! Joe woke me up and my alarm was set to go off at 4:45 anyways so I just got up. Very unlike me,
. So I had so much time to wo and eat and everything, it was soooo nice not to have to rush like usual. I was able to weight train, do cardio and 15 min of stretching!!! Then I still had 30 min to eat breakfast. This was like a whole new thing for me and I liked it. Sleep shmeep. beh
Anyways here’s what I did.
Chest:
db press
4×15x12.5 each hand
db flyes
4×15x7.5 each hand
push ups
15
crunches
4 sets of as many as I could do in 30 sec. which averaged 20
reverse crunches
same deal as above
Then I did a little over 20 mins of ramp it up
Then 15 min of stretching
how lovely…
