Today I’m sore. Woke up a little late, the past three wo’s are catching up with me. Had a delicious breakfast, I had no idea ground flax seed and wheat germ tasted so good. Did a quick cardio warm up and a quick leg wo. My legs are still so sore from earlier this week plus the cardio I do includes alot of squats, so I took it a little easy. Oh yeah and I found this great bike on craigslist for only $50 so I’m trying to talk Joe into letting me put it in the living room. It really wouldn’t take up that much room and it would solve so many of my cardio problems.
